I have no problems service good rooms clean

They have updated a lot of things and give you friendly service

Nice rooms, if you stay in the "hood". Has a lot of potential, I've seen this place change DRASTICALLY. So, yeah, it's nice to see a little change. Could be cleaner, the parking lot needs to be fixed, sheets weren't changed, and there was nowhere to hang anything, there wasn't enough toilet paper, and the TV had channels full of static. They also could use better ac units. Other than that the rooms are fine.

This is not a good motel to at all. I checked in at 5am went to the room & it was not clean whatsoever. I go to the desk & ask for a refund & they said no refunds 5 minutes after checking in. If I could give zero stars I would

Very unprofessional management not helpful My truck had broke down in front of the office hair run out of gas and the guy didn’t want to rent me out a room because I had my kids with me in the car at 12:49 AM in the morning I even asked for a blanket to keep the kids warm and he said that it was not his problem. He didn’t care that I had small kids in the cold with no heat or the fact that I’m willingly to pay for my room. In on Christmas Eve day. SMH

I stay there quite often I was just there the other day and I seen bed bugs and about 2 months ago I told him it was bed bugs so I won't be going back there no more. And the water takes all day to get hot. Furniture needs updating bad.

This place is okay if you tryna get away for a little but what I noticed on my first day was the room was a little dirty, black mold in bathroom, and weak heat that turn cold. Other than that, it’s okay. Not too loud or anything like that. It has good channels and a nice bed.

Need interior upgrades badly including all furniture (and exchange sheets and blankets more frequently) and appliances. Need to add WIFI, and microwaves in each room. Carpet needs replacing immediately and new carpet should be cleaned at least monthly. Sanitation of items and rooms must be done more often and consistently. Water from showers spill over on the floor, should be resolved ASAP! Exterior steps are in bad disrepair and are hazardous!
