The staff was super quick to get us seated and were friendly every step of the way. Ordered the French toast with blueberries and it came out looking just as good as it tasted—real quick too. It's a solid choice if you’re in the mood for something sweet and filling. Definitely coming back!

Classic South Western American restuarant - a cuisine that consistently runs under the radar. Ely's has extensive menu that unconsciously blends mexican flavors with traditional country breakfast with excellent service for dine in, take out, or catering. The breakfast combos run from classic Biscuits and Gravy or Country Fried steak through a mexi- scramble or chorizo and eggs to authentic Huevos Rancheros or Chilaquiles and eggs. There are awesome skillets with bacon, sausage, ham, chorizo, or steak. The omelets run from your classic American to full on Mexican flavors, and all things in between. Breakfast burritos? Of course. Any kind you want, including smothered in enchilada sauce. Simply genius. Red or green, the enchilada sauce is a do not miss. It's bright, crisp flavor sets Ely's apart. There are good healthy options, but the pancakes, waffles, french toast, and crepes steal the show. Get any topping you can imagine including oreo. Did I mention their burger and Fries? They have every style of burger, including a breakfast burger. And their fry selection is over the top, covered in anything you can imagine including Carne asada. They have chicken tenders and American favorite sandwiches and salads. Even a complete kids meal. But they don't stop there. They have mexican entrees, deserts including shakes, and finally, last but not least Menudo and Pozole, Michigan style- the best. Check out their daily specials. This is a great place to bring kids, groups, or dining alone. There is plenty of free, handicap accessable parking.

I highly recommend the Menudo it doesn't come with hominy, so we had to add it in. The chorizo sandwich was good, but bread was soggy. If you don't like soggy bread, then ask for the bread to be toasted. Red chilaquiles are good but spicy. I love spicy food. Wouldn't recommend the chicken Alfredo.

Well the Service is good and they are fast. We came to try their authentic Menudo that they so call home made ! Well let me save you guys a trip is not is just a can Menudo that they put pata and grano in it as a matter of fact the can one is better

Friendly service and a huge menu to choose from. Everything we ordered was delicious; crepes, ice cream topped waffle, and breakfast plate with eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Great flavor. I recommend the coconut pineapple ice cream waffle. The sauce is so good.

Great place if you like diner food....and the kicker is they serve Mexican food also!!!! Enjoy your food with some coffee or want something more with a kick they have mimosas and micheladas!!! Prices are reasonable and you definitely get huge servings!!!
