Elyria Motel - Motel in Elyria - 701 Oberlin Elyria Rd, USA

The owners who run it are not that friendly both times I stayed there I was questioned on how many visitors I would have and it’s a strict policy that you have only 2 people in your room !! The first night I paid $125 for the jacuzzi room and was being questioned like I was a kid that my 2 daughters who were dropping me off were not allowed to stay like come on now if I wanted them to visit I could have and I choose to stay and I was alone because that’s what I had wanted !! The second time I got a room there the same question was asked a couple times before I had walked out the office and I had paid for 2 nights and when I was getting ready to check out the bed the me and my boyfriend hadn’t slept in I seen a bedbug and when I told the owners he made it seem like I brought the bug with me because the rooms are clean but that doesn’t mean you can’t have bed bugs so after that I will not return to this motel !!!

Surprisingly very clean. Cleaner than most hotels in the area. Plus the owner was nice. Will be back.

The people are sweet and are on top of things they are on time to get you your fresh towels and collect trash every day. Very nice couple. The store circle K and other stories are close by not a long commute.

We were there on motel 701 Oberlin with family that was nice room and service was great owner is very respectfully.if i visit next time I will stay there. Family was happy to stayed there..

Not bad for a motel. 65 dollars a nite, no weekly rate discount. Rooms are standard motel rooms with bed, fridge, microwave, desk, table, and 2 chairs. Bathroom with bathtub. Cctv outside rooms and cable tv. Just your basic motel rooms. Nice owners, circle k across the street.

This place is the best hotel, in the area, my family and I have stayed at many hotels in the elyria area. It is ran by amazing people, very nice and kind. They keep the rooms very clean and upkept. They provide service as needed, this hotel goes above and beyond. They make sure you have everything you need. There is on site trash disposal, each room comes with soap, cups ,bags, shampoo and conditioner, free cable, on a nice sized TV, comfortable beds, mirrors in rooms, a microwave, furniture, and a mini fridge. Each room has appropriate lighting and safety measures. When looking for a room in the area stop here, as most others we had stayed at from Amherst all the way to North ridgeville had bugs, bad attitudes and so on, one place went as far even refuse us lodging simply because we had a baby. Trust me this is the place for you and family as well. I hope this review helps.

Clean room the owners are very respectful when I need to get away that is my getaway spot to relax

Room was clean, had nice flat screen TV, bed was comfortable. I love being able to park right outside my room. And the price was right.
