This apartment community is very nice. The staff is amazing. I personally recommend Quinton. I had a situation where I needed a place asap. Called him around 11am and by 6pm and had a new place. Not only did he put me in a place but the floor plan is great and he got repairs done and also replaced the entire floor with the more modern wood floor look. Changed the entire vibe of the place for the better. If you're thinking if you should or shouldn't apply here, just do it. Thank me later!

Firstly, I would like to say that the condominium is beautiful and I love this.the location is great, I thought it would be great to live here. But I would also like to say that I thought it would be safer to live here. Because in one month I was almost attacked by a homeless man in the laundry room, and he has already returned to my door 3 times (not counting the times I didn't see him.) and the worst part of all this is that I reported it to the condominium. and I didn't have the slightest empathy even though I had a son. I asked them to make Landry a safer place and nothing was done. And I didn't see the slightest empathy even though I showed the police report since in one month I had to call the police twice for the same reason, I didn't have the slightest support from the condominium, not even the slightest care from them. And since we pay to live here, I think it should be a safer place. We know that unfortunately crime has increased and here, just around the corner, there are many drug users and they walk around the condominium looking for houses to rob or defenseless women with children to attack. And honestly, I feel really bad that no one responsible for the pledge didn't provide anything that could have stopped all of this. So many families here and they need a minimum of security.

Hi! I would like to share my experience with everyone while living at Elme Marietta. I've been a resident for the past 11+ years. I've had different experiences over the years, mostly positive. I've seen staff and neighbors come and go. This community is a close-knit one and as close as you can get to family. Their doors have always been open, especially when you need assistance or help. The staff, from our experiences, has been helpful, friendly and professional. Often, we stop by the office just to say hello, because you never know what kind of day someone is having. It is one of the best communities located in Marietta, Georgia; and, I wouldn't change a thing. Keep Up the Good Work!

Look at this beautiful apartment I have been living in for a year. Just kidding… it’s absolutely disgusting but Elme Marietta doesn’t seem to think so… they think this is totally normal and acceptable living conditions. But if you want your water shut off right before you get home from work and want to shower or cook dinner... If you like your tub filling up with waste because the pipes are clogged, backed up and faulty on the whole property….if you like your dishwasher to never work, start smoking while you’re asleep with your toddler or the refrigerator making noises at night while roaches scurry around… by all means move here… The puddles of water on your door step because the gutters don’t drain or stay having debris in them… are waiting for you. Get ready to pay luxury apartment prices to live like you’re in the… well never mind. This is my last month. Thank God I didn’t renew. Im sure my maintenance orders will eventually be fixed after I’m gone but I doubt it. Maintenance come in, look around and do absolutely NOTHING.

Quinton was very responsive, insightful, and informative through the application process. He made sure that I was able to see the unit and knew which features I was agreeing too. He definitely made the process allot smoother and easy to complete. Tanika offered allot of support as well on move in day! Great service!
