I recently moved into Elliston 23, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience so far. One of the reasons I chose this apartment complex is due to the location proximity to downtown, restaurants, and school. The complex exceeded my expectations. From the moment I first inquired about Elliston 23, Ashley was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her warmth and knowledge about the property made me feel confident in my decision to move here. Even now as a resident, Ashley continues to be super helpful. She's quick to address any questions or concerns, making the transition into this new community a smooth one. The overall experience at Elliston 23 has been wonderful, and Ashley's exceptional service has been a standout aspect of my time here. Highly recommended!

I moved to The Elliston in February 2023, I live in a newly renovated apartment. It has gorgeous quartz counter-tops and wood floors. It's a very well-kept community. My favorite amenities by far are the expansive fitness center, courtyard pool and the rooftop pet park. My dog loves the agility equipment. Kate and her team go above and beyond with planning fun events for us. I have truly enjoyed living here!

Elliston 23 is under new management now! All the issues they had prior have been already fixed by new team of professionals. Super nice and helpful staff. Top notch customer service. Luxury renovated amenities. Each apartment is now freshly renovated as of 2023. Highly recommend!

I’ve moved around quite a bit and this is by far one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. I had to delete it to leave this one because this was too good not to share, but as stated in a previous review, the management and office staff are so wonderful. I stopped by the office the other day, and Ashley went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me in every way possible. In fact, every interaction I’ve had with office staff has been so positive. I always leave in a better mood than I was in before. Not only are the facilities and living spaces amazing, but having a supportive and helpful staff that runs the apartment complex where I live is a luxury that is hard to find! Thank you Ashley and the amazing people who work at Elliston 23!

Had a great experience with the leasing agent that assisted with me (Ashley), she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Was very personable and did not feel rushed like many other apartments I have toured. Made you feel welcomed even though I was not a current tenant.

Elliston is a great place to live in Nashville. I had just moved here from Cincinnati and the location was perfect for my dog and I. We would take walks to Centennial park and throughout Vanderbilt’s Campus. There are also many shops and restaurants close by. In addition, Elliston’s staff was very friendly and accommodating. All of my service requests were fulfilled in a timely manner and they were very easy to get in touch with. If you are lucky enough you may get a chance to meet Elliston’s mascot, Mika who is an adorable Pomeranian and belongs to Kelsey one of their office managers. My dog also enjoyed the rooftop park and made many new friends. So if you are new to Nashville and looking for a place that has a great location, friendly staff and rooftop dog park with city views then this is the place for you.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Nashville, great amenities from a resident lounge, to a versatile gym. Most importantly though, I have never experienced such a helpful and caring management team until moving to this location. Easily 5 stars

Moved in a month ago or so and am very happy that I did! The apartment itself is great, and on top of that the gym, pool, and other amenities are nice. Everyone in the leasing office is wonderful and extremely helpful! The walkability of the surrounding areas is nice, less than a 10 minute walk to Centennial. My favourite part so far is the view from my balcony!
