Ellianos Coffee Eustis - Coffee shop in Eustis - 2520 S Bay St, USA

The food I have gotten thus far has been delicious. I love the option of a grits bowl. It was perfectly seasoned, and their muffins are great! The bad news... The coffee was definitely bitter the morning I went. I wanted everyone at my work to be able to try it. So I bought a large cup and poured some for everyone. Only one person liked it, and the rest poured out their drinks, not a good thing for a coffee shop. I will definitely go back because the food was that good and reasonably priced, but I don't know about trying that coffee again.

We drive out of town just to get Ellianos coffee! It's worth the drive. The espresso will knock your socks off with its intense and smooth flavor. 😎 Heavenly coffee! Hot, cold, or frozen... the exceptional quality stands out! Can't wait for one to arrive in my part of town.

I tried the sausage bowl and the Iced Venetian Vanilla and I give both a 10/10. I visited around 6:20am (on my way to work) and the staff was very friendly/nice and fast and the area was clean. I spent a little over $12, so it was a little more expensive than my usual morning stop, but it was worth the extra few dollars

This is a new drive thru coffee place. We have only had coffee drinks so far and they are really good. I'm including a picture of the menu so you can see the food and snacks that they have available. It is drive thru only, by the way.

this is by far the best coffee shop i’ve been to between mount dora and eustis. the woman working the window this morning was so kind and gave my fiancé and i amazing service and we left with a smile. the breakfast bowl was immaculate and she recommended the turtle freezer to me and it’s sooo good! i will definitely be going back 10000 times

***update*** I love their coffee, my first experience was definitely a fluke. I will gladly go out of ny way to get my coffee here if i can. The staff is great and the carmella hot, iced, or frozen is definitely a great choice. (Original review below) So, it's my first time trying Ellianos Coffee, and I'm torn. I went through the drive-through, and the lady taking orders was very nice and helpful. I ordered a large Carmella hot. As I was driving, I went to try and drink my coffee but wasn't getting anything. I could feel how hot it was (extremely hot BTW) so I was trying to drink it slowly. after not getting any coffee to come out (without tipping it back much farther than I expected), I took the top off while at a stop light. what I found was that I got a coffee that was only half full plus a little foam on top, making it appear as two-thirds full (see picture). This was very disappointing. With that being said, once I started drinking the coffee, I found it delicious. The coffee used in the foundation of this drink was good as opposed to what i'd get at starbucks ( I personally think Starbucks coffee used in their drinks to be very bitter). Bottom line, I'm going to give them another try but I'm going to make sure that I get a whole drink next time rather than a small drink poured into a large cuip.

I love my coffee drinks and have been a Starbucks person for a while despite trying many places. I saw that this new spot opened and had to try it. My iced coffee was on point and my sandwich was fantastic. Their craft drinks are amazing as well. The service was great and the employees are so friendly. Overall, I do not have a single complaint. I do see people here complaining about tipping. As someone who works in IT, I just want to say that these devices are programmed to ask that question. It’s not an obligation to tip so just say no and move on if it’s not your prerogative. Focus on the deliciousness they serve!

I tried the Turtle freezer on my visit today. It was perfect! I really love the flavor of their coffee. I really recommend it if you like frozen coffee. I will have to come back and try all their other freezers too :)
