I had no issues here. I stayed for 4 nights while in town and found it to be fine. Actually, it is better in some ways than national chains operating older facilities. It's family owned, and they've done a decent job making updates to rooms where possible when operating on a proverbial shoestring budget.
Bring your own everything. They do not have breakfast as advertised. Dirty wash clothes on the chair. Not enough clean towels for 1 person to shower, glad I carry my own soap. Pick somewhere else if you can.
We called this place about a room because they have truck parking and online says they allow pets. Drove over there, in a semi mind you, just to be told inside that they DO NOT allow pets!! Please fix this online, we truck drivers depend and plan on where we're going to park. To have this go wrong at the last minute is a real struggle for parking! Thanks for nothing.
This place is an amazing little mom and pop hotel!!!! Very very clean!!!! We stumbled across this little place after we had checked in up the road at motel 6 only to walk into the room and walk right back out because it was so NASTY with bed bugs, hair all over the floor and on the bed, room had never been cleaned!!! But we walked into the Elkton Lodge and she was great!! She promised a clean room and boy was it ever clean!!! The smell of the cleanliness and the room decor was great!!! Well worth the money!!! Will definitely stay here again if we are up this way!!!
I'm giving this five stars not because it's perfect but because it's a great value. Sure, there are nicer hotels. They will cost you over twice as much. This is an old fashioned motel where you park in front of your room. It's clean and convenient. Right off 95, a few hundred feet past the Maryland line. Walk to Waffle House, McDonald's, KFC. The couple who have run it for the last 35 years are kind, friendly and responsive. Big thumbs up from me.
For a unknown name brand motel, we were very happy to see that the place was kept well, both inside and outside. The bed was comfortable to sleep in, had a couch, desk, refrigerator and microwave. There was coffee in the room, no breakfast but there was a McDonald’s Waffle House, cracker Barrel, and Golden corral all nearby.|Most important thing it was that it was clean
Simple, but clean. It is a 4.5, but I rounded up because it is clean and better than a motel6.
I wanted to give a lower rating and then I realized I was comparing it to a different category of hotels. From a budget hotel stand point, this hotel is great.
Location was easy and close to everything needed. Surface level everything was clean. If you want a deep cleaned routinely inspected room, this isn't it.
Only slept a total of 6 hours and hit the road again. It was perfect for what we needed. Get over the sterotypes and you have a great budget hotel.
The service was great, the food even better. We had nachos, buffalo chicken egg rolls, wings and a burger. The wings were the best cooked wings, juicy and crispy. This was our first time there, but definitely not our last.
Brewery with a wide selection of house craft beers that range from IPAs, Ales, Stouts and everything else under the sun. The cocktails were delightful and they even had a wine selection for the wife. Super friendly and well educated staff. Thatâs f
We love this park. There is a beautiful stroller friendly trail that is also a story trail. My kids ages 1-9 loved it. There's a longer trail that goes around the park and crosses the street. We haven't gone as far as crossing the street, but the tra
More than a bar. The food is really good. I have been providing Music Bingo for a couple months now and eating every so often. The pizza is really good. It's a definite contender for great Pizza. The cheese steak is really good as well. One of my fav
