Very beautiful place. Today I took my 19th year old to go ice skating we were a little bummed to learn once we got there that it wasn't ice at all but rather sheets of plastic. It was a cool concept but we had our hearts set on ice skating. Nevertheless the people were very kind and again the area is so gorgeous. We hung up our skates after 10 mins and went on a beautiful walk along the river at sunset.
Nice park. Covered bridge is interesting. River park goes over both sides. Was there for Covered Bridge days so there was concerts and food trucks.
My family & I enjoy going to The Covered Bridge Days yearly. I grew up in that area, so I like to visit just once a year. Great family fun. Tons of fun for children to enjoy. My son loves the foam party & all the blow ups. The life sized hampster wheel race last year was fun to do together as well. He always has a blast!
This is such a beautiful place and also historical. There is picnic tables plus the bridge that you can walk through and the pretty Doe River cascading over a little dam that goes all the way across the river. They also have festival's and they have a stage up now for their festivals. So pretty neat go check it out sometime.

Elizabethton is such a cute town full of history. Walking the bridge was fun and the water Sam was gorgeous. Saw wild birds and it was such a family friendly thing to do right in downtown.

Neat little treasure to see. There were ducks and geese chilling on the banks. It would be an ideal location to take some great pictures.

Best gym around this area. Very female friendly. Itâs very large and spacious to where you are rarely on top of one another. There are duplicates of most equipment as well!

One of the most amazing campsites I have ever been to. Right on the river and facing a mountain of beauty, the campground is small and quiet. Very out of the way and just breathtaking.

We enjoyed lunch at Big Danâs after white water rafting at Wahooâs. It was really good! I had the brisket (trimmed) and the others in our party enjoyed the BBQ sandwiches and burnt ends. The pies are made in house and are Great!
