I wanted my office PC fixed, and was willing to bring it in. I finally navigated their phone menu. "We only work with contracted business customers." That would explain why I am their only recent review.

We cannot say enough great things about Elite Technologies. We would not use anyone else take care of our computer network. They have saved our bacon multiple times and they are good hearted, dedicated, local people. I would give 6 stars if I could!

One, they take forever to answer the phone and once they do, the guy thst answers sounds like hesh been asleep. Very lazy voice. Then to top it off they don't repair personal computers which is not mentioned in the internet. So after explaining all my pc problems, they came out with that. I'm sure the business won't be around for long...

Best IT team within 100 miles. Can address IT needs for any sized organization. Level of professionalism is unmatchable.
