Elite Technician Management Group - Construction company in Slidell - 56707 Behrman St, USA

The worst communication in any company I've ever had to deal with. Didn't tell me anything except my appointment times and didn't tell cox anything about how I actually didn't have internet so of course they billed me as usual before I said anything. Didn't show up for said appointment times, so it took three weeks for them to come out, and just turned my signal on and off without..telling me. If you've got another option for a fiber/coaxial contractor, choose that one.

I need to speak to someone in charge about my issue. very non professional people working for you and just screwing people out of their money... .including elite. They are taking from the company as well. I have proof.

Just real rude, terrible driver too
