Crappy hotel, room smelled like smoke even in a non smoking room. When I brought it up to the front desk they only offered air fresheners. I walked to dollar general and got a couple candles. The rooms are awkward, the beds are small, the fridge was missing the drawer, the people around here are sketchy and definitely on something. The furniture is old and scuffed. The TVs are too small. They don't offer breakfast or have a pool or anything like most other 2 star hotels. The room got 2 stars because it's only saving grace was it was decently clean and didn't have bugs.
This place is a dump, avoid at all costs. I was charged for a night that I did not stay because I booked through Travelocity. Tried to cancel though Travelociy as well. We pulled into the parking lot and my GF did not feel safe with the surroundings. They charged me double the regular rate. Went to a different hotel. Does not match the photos online with all the garbage bags outside and unsavory activities.
I've stayed here longer term and have never had any issues. Rooms are clean, bedding is in great shape, there's satellite TV, laundry facilities, pretty grounds and of course free coffee. You can tell they care about the establishment and the people who stay here. Staff, housekeeping and management have been very kind and are just great people! This is a family owned and run business which adds to the charm of this place. You won't find a better place to stay. Highly recommend!
Positive: Very very nice staff...worked with our situation as our home was destroyed by flooding...they were patient and ULTRA accommodating, I would recommend this motel. Negative: Better lighting and more outlets...but that is minor for sure.. Negative: ""
I stay here whenever I’m in the area for work. Owners are personable, nice, and willing to work with you on check in and check out times. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well kept. No mold, no stains. Thank you Pratik and family for being great hosts, will definitely be back in the future.
I really don't consider myself to be terribly picky about hotel rooms. Unless I'm on vacation I just really want a safe, clean room to stay in. But this was definitely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The comforter smelled so bad we had to remove it. There were 2 blankets on one bed and none on the other. The heater didn't work at all. Shelf over the sink was broken, spider webs on bathroom ceiling and dirt in the corners. Pictures show lamp next to bed - there was only overhead lighting available. The satellite connection was terrible. The mattress was as hard as a rock - thought about sleeping in the car. The latch didn't always catch on the door so the only safety provided was a dead bolt. Management told us they were in the process of renovating their rooms. Perhaps they should consider keeping rooms closed that have not been renovated!!
I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years was very nervous the first time because before the new owners it was drug central here but was in a rush and needed cheap and close so I gave them a try and to my surprise it was quiet no drug deals going on in the parking lot rooms were clean and staff was awesome!!! And for the price and the piece and quiet of not hearing everyone going in and out of their rooms all night at other hotels Elite is now my go to place first before anywhere else!!! Thank you guys for making it a much better place for those of us that are not made of money!!!😁😁😁
Have stayed here off and on for last couple weeks. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean and place is pretty quiet. They don't have an issue with getting a little later checkout or checking in early. If looking for a quiet place to stay I definitely recommend staying here.
