We had issues with them getting our rainbow serviced. They told us it would be ready next day and so we drop it off, mind you it’s an hour away from us.. we go to pick it up the next day and they say they’re not in office and it’s not fixed yet. Office hours say mon-fri on their door. They said next day again. Next day rolls around and we call, it’s after 10am and they aren’t in office yet even though the website said open at 9am. They say they’ll call back within the next hour or 2 to update us when they get in. They never call. I called again to check in and they forgot about us, said the rainbow still isn’t fixed and don’t have any kind of ETA on when someone could replace the part. They already had the part and it literally takes less than 5 minutes to pop off and pop on. Since they said there’s no eta on when they could replace it by warranty we offered to just pay for the part so we could just pick it up same day because we have an extreme allergy issue in the house and the rainbow is the only reason I can breathe at night. The lady said she will have to call her boss to get the warranty going because it’s supposed to be covered by warranty. We do appreciate her making sure it’s warranty covered but we were just done at this point with all of the back and forth with it will be ready & then we don’t know when it will be ready. After that was all said and done & we got our rainbow back, we went to pickup a rain jet for our rainbow. We drive an entire hour… just for the phone line to be cut off and the doors to be locked. This location really needs to work on their communication and it would be nice if they would be open during their office hours so we didn’t wast 2 hours of drive time back and forth.

We had a wonderful experience with our purchase!! Our rep Jesse is outstanding and knowledgeable of the system. I was horrified to see the dirt and dander in my home. We purchased the system and are delighted to see the difference two months of using the system has made!!!! Thank you Jesse. We look forward to years of a clean home 🏠

Giving 3 stars solely not to wreck their reviews. “Won” a “free” purifier at a festival, scheduled a drop- off time and was asked to take a few minutes to watch their demo of their main system. Long story short, no one showed up. After 20 minutes of waiting they finally picked up and said they forgot to text me. I was asked to reschedule, and I wanted to clarify how long the demo would take. 90 MINUTES. I won’t be rescheduling. Guess that’s good for them though, because if you’re not married with a steady income and OWN a well kept house and yard, they don’t want your business (check out their FAQ’s). People with apartments don’t care about cleanliness.

Kelly did an amazing job explaining everything to me and how it works !! I am just so in love with the products she demonstrated to me, she did so amazing I got the rainbow vacuum that I didn’t know I even needed. Best product I have ever invested in. 10/10 recommend !!!!!
