I had lived at Elevate Lake Norman Apartments for roughly 1 year. The units themselves are spacious enough, and very comfortable. The grounds and amenities are clean and very well maintained. The entire staff is wonderful! Derek and his maintenence team are spot on and very responsive. In the office, Danielle basically runs the entire place, and she's amazing! She has answers for whatever questions you throw at her, and she's always eager to help. All together, it's a great place.

I have nothing but good things to say about Elevate! Matthew was very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond with answering my questions. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained. The community itself was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will look for a place here in the future!

I’ve had only positive interactions with Elevate. Danielle and Angel have been so helpful from moving in to renewing another year! I’ve only needed to contact Hunter/maintenance a time or two in the last year that I’ve lived here and they were very prompt and so kind! I’m the first to live in the apartment I’m in so it was nice, clean, and has been bug free. Haven’t had any major issues, so looking forward to another happy, safe, and clean year.

Elevate lake Norman is great! Danielle Vaught truly is an amazing person that cares about the residents at this place. She has been wonderful to me throughout my time here. She has gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I have had here. She has been a true blessing to me and genuinely cares about helping others. She is one of the main reasons I chose to stay here for another year! Thank you Danielle For being the sweetest and most helpful person ❤️

:::UPDATE::: Quick update to my August review; the leasing team was able to work with me and get me into another unit in the complex. They even waived the fee which I very much appreciate. Since moving, there haven’t been any issues at all with the apartment or the property. There are, of course, some annoying neighbors who do things like hog the pool/barbecue area and refuse to pick up after their dogs but the community has been actively working to address that. Overall, if you’re new to Mooresville and looking for somewhere nice, quiet, and convenient with good amenities, you can’t beat Elevate Lake Norman. :::ORIGINAL REVIEW::: I’ll start with the good stuff. This is an absolutely fantastic apartment community. Gorgeous pool, beautiful wooded grounds, spacious and well appointed apartments. Plus the staff here is absolutely PHENOMENAL. It’s also super convenient located to tons of shopping, Lake Norman, and I77. That said, if you are not used to or comfortable with a large number of outdoor pests, you’re going to be miserable here, especially if you make the mistake i made and get a ground level unit. I’m coming up on six weeks here and started out with a wasp nest on my patio that took about two weeks to get fully taken care of, then there are the frogs both on my patio and at my front door almost every night…..which means I have to try to scare them off so they don’t hop into my apartment as I’m coming and going. The lizards at least stick to the back so are easier to avoid. Then there are the creepy crawly things that come in under the front and back doors such as beetles and so many earthworms. Even with me spraying the inside and outside of the apartment weekly, it hasn’t been possible to fully eradicate the issue. There are also an insane amount of massive spiders surrounding the apartment including one almost two inches in diameter that currently rests above my patio doors and I’m praying doesn’t come inside. You’ll spend a lot of time ducking and dodging cobwebs. I shudder to think of what I might have to deal with as the temperatures cool off but I imagine I still won’t be able to enjoy my patio with any piece of mind. Aside from pests, there were also quite a few truly inconsiderate residents who clearly have never lived anywhere with a pool or grill before and spend every single weekend hogging those amenities with their non-resident friends/relatives and giving attitude to anyone who tries to use the pool or grill area. This is shaping up to be my worst rental experience ever and has stressed me to the point that I’m actually contemplating just breaking my lease because they aren’t even able to let me move to an interior unit where I won’t have to deal with the patio situation. I relocated down here sight unseen (having lived in Charlotte proper some years ago) and, while that’s never been a problem in the past, I truly regret it in this instance.

I have lived at Elevate Lake Norman for eights and have been extremely happy with this community. The apartment layouts have open concept floor plans, large bedrooms, closets and plenty of windows for an abundance of natural light. I’m impressed with how clean the property is kept, the walking trails, and the resort like amenities that are offered for the residents. I personnel like being able to unlock my door, control the thermostat and pay my bill all from the convenience of an app on my phone. Danielle and Colin are extremely helpful in the leasing office if you ever need any assistance or have a question. Lastly, this is a very quiet community as well. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe, clean and quiet place to live.

We've been here a year . The staff, especially Danielle , is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Pool area is always clean and orderly. The gym has everything you need for a good workout and is open 24 hours just like the clubhouse. The kitchen and living room are very open and spacious. The bedrooms are large as well. We have a great view and it is close to many stores and restaurants that are in walking distance . We can say this is our home and we love it !!

Yesterday we had a storm that didn't last very long. Our apartment was flooded. Fortunately we received the unconditional support of Matt from maintenance, who came immediately and took an interest in our problem by providing us with a dehumidifier. He is always attentive to the needs of those of us who live in the Community, making it safer and more comfortable. Thanks Matt.
