Finally took a class and loved every second of it! Liza is amazing. Her energy and passion is unmatched. The class was engaging and fun! She showed substitutions in case people couldn’t do the moves. Definitely coming back for more classes. Perfect for groups or a fun morning workout!

We had a private 8 person bungee class and it was AWESOME!! The energy! The workout! It was entertaining and challenging. Our most common feedback was - fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we would all gladly come back!

Tried the Intro to Bungee, so much fun! Instructor explained things so well and made us feel comfortable regardless of our fitness level. Music was great and excited to try more classes!

I tried my first Trampoline class and it was amazing. The instructor was kind and showed us modifications to each routine. I loved this class and will definitely be going back. The place is clean and they sanitize their equipment. I'm so glad I tried out their class. I highly recommend this place.

This place is full of positive energy! The excercises are for all people regardless of gender, age and fitness level! all of the instructors past and present have been absolutely wonderful. The owner is exceptional. I will always recommend this studio!

I do not have enough words to describe how amazing this place is!! I have had 3 ACL reconstructions and broken my leg on all on my left leg. Finding an exercise that kept me comfortable and pain free, especially jumping or doing a burpee... was just nothing I imagined I could do again. Then I found Elevate. The trampoline classes gave me the cardio and strength workout I was missing and then the bungee class had me able to do jumping Jack's & burgers with no pain AT ALL! I was shocked! Then add the AMAZING staff who are some of the most genuinely beautiful people with the biggest hearts!!! It's for EVERYONE with modifications to fit your fitness level!!!!

Don't know were to start. The Place is great, the Staff awesome the Studio is clean and everyone makes you feel welcome. I have been a regular since the Studio opened and love my 5AM Trampoline Classes aThey are so much fun and great way to burn calories. The Bungee Boot Camp I go to is challenging and you will love Devora and the way she instructs. I recommend this way of exercising and if you think you can't do it, think again. Give them a try and I promise you will not regret either one of their classes.
