My tenant called me a while back to let me know that the utility company had reported running water somewhere on the property. After further investigation the plumber found a ruptured hot water line that had been running for days and developed a steaming hot 8 inches of water in the crawl space. I remembered a gentleman named Oscar from Elementum services who was very helpful and informative on a much minor problem in my home a few years earlier. I called him and he connected me with one of his leads who was quickly over to my property to assess the situation. Scott and his team immediately brought in scrubbers and fans while the plumber was still fixing the leak. Scott stayed in touch with me every day and I met with him on and off during the one week drying period. He was also instrumental in helping me understand that this may be something that my insurance company can help with given the amount of damage inside the house based on the water and humidity levels. I spoke with both Oscar and Scott at first, then Scott helped me understand and explain the situation to my insurance while staying in close contact with ongoing developments. Scott provided all the information that the insurance company would need for their on-site inspection, including marking the humid areas that would require tile to be pulled up. Scott continued to stay in touch with me even after his team was done just to ensure that I had everything I needed, to answer questions and to also suggest another contractor should I need one. I appreciate the overall professionalism, communication and guidance throughout this very tedious and complex process. I would definitely use this service again, although I hope I don't have another situation like this!

Oscar and his team did an amazing job with the water damage dry out. The broken pipe caused significant damages in my kitchen, living room, dining room, and three bedrooms. These guys showed up within hours of the flood happening and started extracting water immediately. I really appreciate this company for everything they did for my family.

The team kept the house clean and did a great job to make the rest of the home safe for my kids. All of their employees were great, Scott, Jimmy, and Anthony all made sure we knew what was going on. Scott even made sure to save our kids measurements off of a door board, those things make a world of difference in a situation where your house is being worked on.
