I have been training at Elements MMA for over a year, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The Elements coaches are passionate about martial arts and dedicated to helping the students learn and grow their skills. They are always patient and encouraging, and they always ensure that everyone is learning something new and having fun. The facility at Elements is state-of-the-art. It is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need to learn martial arts safely, and get a great workout too. The community at Elements is friendly and welcoming, and they are always willing to help each other. Whether you are a beginner or coming in with prior experience, you will feel right at home at Elements. My children also love the kids' classes at Elements. They have made so many new friends, and they have learned so much about martial arts. Their confidence and self-esteem grow day by day, and training at Elements contributes to that in a big way. I signed my 10-year-old and my five-year-old up for their summer mixed martial arts camp… My kids absolutely love it! Every day this week that I have picked them up, they have begged me to sign them up for regular classes! The instructors have been wonderful… The facility is bright, sunny, and clean… Excellent experience here and highly recommended!

Couldn't ask for a better first experience in an MMA gym. Elements offers a fantastic environment with knowledgeable and welcoming coaches. Any nerves or hesitancy I had to start training were gone immediately. Ari and Shane have been fantastic and it's clear that they care a lot about the gym and all of its members. Firstly, this has been a very welcoming environment from the start. Each coach is passionate about what they do, and truly loves sharing their knowledge and experience. The facility, while it may look rough around the edge from the outside is stellar on the inside. The mats and floors are clean and the equipment is tidy. Ive been training in martial arts for two decades, and since moving to the area, this place is the fastest I've felt welcomed and a member of the group since my original studio. To top it off, they are true MMA, the emphasis is on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but also have on offer Boxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, both traditional and modern styles, and more are added as new coaches join. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Izzy had last week at camp. He was a little nervous to come to a different state, not knowing anyone nor what to expect. You made him feel a part of the group and comfortable in the studio. Elements is a wonderful gym. I’ve gone to different gyms, but this gym really does feel like home. All of the staff and other students are highly supportive and skilled. Even when I’m having a rough time in other areas of my life, I know that I can go here and forget all about that, get in the zone, learn some new things and have fun. I mainly take the yoga, Brazilian Jiujitsu and Judo classes. When I first came there, I was actually really surprised at how friendly and down to earth everyone was. They are understanding of everyone’s individual learning styles and will help you improve and keep you going. It’s a great gym if you have social anxiety and a difficult time opening up. They are all very supportive and will help to bring the best out of you. I think this gym is going to be here for a very long time and will continue to be a very valuable part of the community in Keene and the surrounding areas.
