This is my 2nd stay at this location, and I am very happy to choose this property. The only issue I encountered during my stay was room cleaning. I was there for two nights and after the first night I was expecting the room to be prepared well before my return, but it was not. I had to call the front desk for a reason, and I was told that the room was supposed to be clean every other day, but I was not aware of this rule. I can understand during the pandemic it was like that, but now we are done with the issue and things need to be normalized. The housekeeper came and cleaned the room in 10 minutes.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is exceptional. The rooms were spotless and had a modern, stylish design. Highly recommend!

I only stayed at this hotel for couple of nights. The room was nice and clean, but the kitchen disposal in my room didn't work, so when I washed my dishes after cooking everything got backed up. When I informed the front desk about it they were pretty indifferent about it. The location was weird....while close to the highway it was kind of very secluded and isolated. I didn't enjoy it. Several days later I noticed a $30 charge on my card from the hotel and when I called to inquire what it was I was told that they charged $15 per night for parking!!!! I asked them how come I didn't get complimentary guest parking? I was told 'Oh, I am so sorry, but because you paid with Marriott points you had to pay for parking'. I asked them why nobody informed me of that policy at check in? In return I was told - "Oh, I am so sorry you were not informed at the check in." Not staying at this place again. Unprofessional and unethical.

The Element hotel is a great family friendly hotel. A good spacious lobby for gatherings and meeting up. Just note since the whole is more open and tile, it can get loud with a bunch of different voices. Overall a clean hotel, helpful staff and good beds.

The room is beautiful but it’s in a horrible location. The music, screams and dog barking from the pool for someone who wants to rest is too much. If you’re working this isn’t a good option due to noise. No room available that isn’t near noise as I heard the highway side is loud too. I would NEVER stay at this property again since I’m traveling for work in this area. Cleanliness was not good but I always clean including the toilets and showers when I travel. The toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned before I arrived…. I’m checking out at 0658 and I was charged for parking after I stated I did not have a vehicle. I arrived in Uber and I’m leaving in an Uber.

I wasn't initially fond of this hotel, but after staying a few nights at other Hilton brands like Homewood, I find this one much better if the price is comparable. The rooms are modern, new, and clean, equipped even with a filtered water fountain. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, offering eggs with various options. You can get hot coffee with coffee machine. On weekdays, the hotel provides a complimentary drinks bar with wine and beers. There's plenty of parking available, and it's conveniently close to malls, with numerous Asian restaurants nearby."

We stayed here 1 night. The lobby and outside are very pretty. We had a king room and it came with a small kitchen area. The room was quite spacious. The bed was awesome! Very comfortable and soft with fluffy pillows and a long flat pillow which I used too. The bathroom was an okay size, not much counter space. The shower was very clean, water pressure was okay not great. There was only a shampoo with creme rinse condition so my hair was still pretty tangled after washing. It also had body wash. The towels were eh, not very soft but an okay size. The breakfast was pretty good. They had someone there to cook you eggs and they also offered a lemon pastry thing (like a pancake), my husband liked it. Lots of fruit and juices too. Parking was $15 but we found a free lot nearby. We would go here again.

Very clean comfortable rooms. Free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Prime location - Close to Costco, H mart, 99 Ranch, etc. My friends and family stayed here very comfortably and couldn't stop complimenting the hotel.
