I have never been a big fan of techs logging in to my POS system at my restaurant and trying to fix/trouble shoot it. Just seems to take twice as long/ expensive and I guess I am old school also but not with Mike and Tony. These guys are amazing. Seem to know everything about my system and are able to get me up and running quickly every time .They even had a new CPU delivered to me on Friday morning even though I ordered it on Thursday afternoon. Highly recommend these guys .
