We rented the event space and had some food catered by the hotel as well as stayed in a room. The catered food wasn't great but it was kinda what I expected. The service staff were attentive and took care of all of our needs. They did provide tables and chairs for our event and it was conveniently located near the lobby. They do have an enclosed outdoor seating area as well as a lounge area in the lobby available to guests and breakfast is provided in the morning. The hotel was clean and I. Good order. The road leading to the hotel was atrocious BE CAUTIOUS potholes everywhere! Prices were good and it's very close to the Trenton Mercer airport.

We have been coming to this hotel for a couple of years now. First and foremost the staff are amazing! The frontend ones, the maids, and especially the sweet ladies that do the buffet in the morning!! The rooms would make perfect little tiny houses! They are so cute and have everything you need for any length of time. We've been able to sleep 4 adults and 3 kids in 1 room and have been fine! The other great thing about this hotel is the location to Sesame Place Park in Longhorn, PA. It is less than a 10 minute drive! This hotel being only ten minutes away is much cheaper than the ones right near the park and more kid friendly with a FREE breakfast buffet!! Totally worth checking this place out especially if you have kids and are going to Sesame Place Park.

The first room I went to was very dirty. It was footprints in the toe that was very noticeable. I asked to be switched to a different room same problem very dirty. Very disgusting mildew smell. The next room I asked to be switched to. I pulled back the sheets and Ifound bedbug. I no longer wanted to stay at this hotel. It was very disappointing to me because I had a very rough day and is added onto the stress. So I asked for my money back, which was giving me the same they gave me a refund an issue because they kinda refused to give me back a refund, this was very terrible. I would never recommend anybody to go to this hotel.

We stayed some years ago when it had an open pool, awesome happy hours and lovely well kept rooms. |The only thing left is the friendly staff. They are left to deal with unhappy guests. The welfare guests are quiet and polite. The Element once it started catering to the big bucks government pays them to have welfare guests. just stopped doing any maintenance at all. Pool has been closed for a number of years and the exercise area frequently has equipment not working, ceiling leaks, and the A/C is hit or miss. Mostly, miss. I had to fix our own because the room was HOT during our stay. Appliances are quite beat up, dented and barely working. The linens and towels are not sparkling white by a long shot.|You can do much better almost anywhere—- unless you like short stay hotels.

Convenient location, nice staff, spacious rooms. We love that they're pet friendly and very accommodating! I've now stayed here on multiple occasions and I'm blown away at how kind the staff are EVERY single time we stay. Breakfast options are delicious, and parking is plentiful. Rooms have consistently been clean and bright. My biggest complaint is that the little side road you have to take to get into the parking lot is full of crater-sized pot holes.

Room could use some attention. The floors were dirty and the cabinet was busted. Simply, cosmetic, but should still be attended to. Same with the bathroom. There was some random grey film on the shower floor. Just unappealing. Overall, good hotel. Pool was closed, but we knew that. It is definitely ROUGH looking. Staff was amazing. Very welcoming and variety of coffee and drinks provided, were a pleasant surprise, just walking in the front entrance. Will be staying there again, this coming weekend 👍

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was very nice and courteous, and she moved very swiftly. I didn’t really pay attention to all the little minor details, but I must say that our room was clean. The shower had me a little concern like somebody had just used it, but other than that, I’m fine with everything else. Can’t complain about the bleeding up to the hotel because that’s not the hotels property but the hotel property itself did not have potholes in the ground was clean from what I can see.

When I first walked into the room I was impressed by the spaciousness and the kitchenette amenities. However, that good first impression was soon dispelled when I went to take a shower. The shower in Room 216 is just about the slipperiest shower I have experienced. But for the grab bars I would have fallen almost immediately. I tried using the folding bench to avoid standing and slipping. The problem with that was that standing up from the bench was almost impossible; my feet would not get enough traction on the shower floor long enough to stand up. I had to go down to a kneeling position and then use the grab bar to stand up. The whole process was so stressful that I was keyed up and had trouble going to sleep.||After the first night I asked at the front desk if they had a rubber mat, but they couldn't help.||That shower is extremely dangerous and that room should not be rented until the floor is replaced with a proper non-slip surface. ||There were other issues with the shower:|• It is basically broken. It has only one handheld shower head. After the first night I looked more carefully at it and I can see where another fixture was broken off and not replaced –probably a stationary shower head. Also, there were a number of very poorly repaired large cracks in the tile.|• As with many showers of the roll-in type, it is easy for water to get outside the shower onto the bathroom floor. That problem was made worse by the fact that the only shower head was the handheld. There is a drain in the bathroom floor. However, the floor is not sloped properly. Instead of running into the drain, the water ran toward one side of the room – the side where the towel bar and hooks are, thus creating ANOTHER slipping hazard.|• The water temperature adjustment did not work properly. The water would warm up to a point that was just a bit too warm for comfort, and once that happened it was impossible to cool it down. I could rotate the lever all the way to where the water shut off and the temperature would not change. I think this may be a problem with the water supply to the bathroom generally, as the water in the sink would warm up even if you only turned the cold tap on.||In addition, the window shade was jammed down and I could not get daylight in the room. I saw some disconnected wires at the upper left making me wonder if it was the type that raised and lowered electrically, but there was no switch to be found.||I got a nice (and generic) email from the manager the day after my stay asking how everything was. I replied with all the above information. It's been almost two weeks, and I have not heard back at all.

I think this was one of the cleanest/updated Dunkin's I've been to. I felt like I was in an upscale bakery and not a franchise Dunkin'. The coffee was average Dunkin' and I didn't get any food but the atmosphere was beautiful.
