This hotel was everything you could ask for! Room was nice and well kept, there were plenty of amenities within the room, and our windows had beautiful mountain views. I was incredibly impressed with their breakfast, as each day it changed a bit, and they had made to order dishes. One day was pancakes, one day was French toast, one day was omelets, etc. The gym was pretty nice for a hotel. The pool isn’t very big but it’s perfectly adequate. Parking is not free but it’s easy to figure out how to pay to park. No hassle there. Something I always worry about at hotels is hearing noise from neighbors rooms. Our next door neighbors had a big dog, and a large group, and we never heard them. The place seems to block sound well. I would totally stay again!!
after a long day we were helped by Dante who was PERFECT! when checking us in he was always one step ahead making the experience for us super smooth and easy after a long day. his attitude was super positive and he seemed genuine in his approach! we will stay here again! and hope hes around to make things smooth and easy like last time! or even for just a chat because hes such a great guy!
Pros - Location is close to alot of things to do from shopping, bowling, golf and lots of places to eat. The free breakfast has been pretty good, with a few different items each day. Cons - The room had crumbs on the floor. We are staying a week and they only clean the rooms every 3 days. They allow animals which is great, but the halls smell like pet urine, so I don't think they monitor this very good. No phones in the room, so can't quickly contact the front desk if you have any issues. I think for the price, which is pretty high they should at least service the rooms daily. We also have a kitchen and a few of the spoons looked like someone ate off them and then they just put them back instead of washing them.
Upon arrival for a June 21 thru 25 stay we requested a refresh each day. Front desk acknowledged my request. Morning of 23rd I asked for the sheets to be changed as well. When we came back to the hotel that evening the room had not been touched. By then Housekeeping had left for the day. The Front desk apologized profusely and luckily found us a new room. We had to move all our stuff to the new room. No offer of help. That night my wife found the shower in the new room to be scalding - almost no cold water at all. We reported this the next morning expecting this to be rectified. On the evening of the 24th we knew a maint. worker had been in our room because the towels hung in the shower by housekeeping were soaked. Now there was no hot water after 15 minutes of trying; only cold. Again front desk managed to find a vacant room for us to shower in that evening (because we were not about to move again). To Element's credit they did not argue or make excuses. The manager put full points for both nights back into our account. Where the front desk and mgmt was most helpful: Housekeeping and Maintenance can't seem to "get it". The whole experience will have us looking for a different Marriott/Bonvoy hotel in Lone Tree for future visits. We are Titanian Elite members and visit the Denver area multiple times per year. No second chances for Element here!
Hotel is dirty and had a smell in the hallways that was a combination of Asian fish stir fry and vomit. Originally thought it was someone cooking one night and would go away but it never did. Most disgusting smell. Rooms were worn. Define Lott on the do stay list. On the plus side showers were nice
Terrible parking. Okay breakfast. 2 bath towels for 2 guests for 2 days!! Housekeeping only services every other day! Shower was extremely difficult to regulate temperature. Tiny pool. Paper thin walls that left us disturbed. Not worth the price.
Always a wonderful experience. We stay at this location always visiting our family in the Lone Tree/ Parker areas. Friendly and welcoming staff . Rooms are exceptionally clean and very desirable for working remotely or just hanging leisurely . The morning breakfasts are plentiful and this location is so convenient .

We stayed here with 6 total. 3 adults 3 children: 17, 4, & 2. 2 Queen bed w/pull out & it was a good size for us all to walk around comfortably. Greeted at the door by Victoria, who gave us all such a good impression. She made us feel welcomed, happy
The staff was super helpful and upbeat. My party played both deadwood games and enjoyed both. WARING to anyone with motion sickness I was sick playing both games. Powered through because it was fun but am still feeling the effects a few hours after.
VibeFoods makes the best smoothies and bowls in town. I love the consistency and the deliciousness of the food. I had tried other places but the flavor doesnât match vibe foods. The staffs go above and beyond each time. I also enjoy the occasional
I found this gem while shopping around nearby. I got their Thai milk tea and Tiramisu milk tea. Their hand-made boba are made fresh and chewy, you can really taste the difference compared to other stores. Definitely worth it! You can even see them ma
I've been on the hunt for a good donut shop for a while now. I moved to Castle Rock a couple of years ago & have been pretty disappointed. Donuts are so overpriced lately & adding insult to injury the donuts at those places aren't even good ð Wel
Very clean. The staff are very personable as well. We had the Thai Peanut Chicken and Royal Chicken. The sauces were spot on. The chicken was melt in your mouth tender and the veggies were cooked to absolute perfection. Still crunchy but EXPLODI

Held my baby shower here. It was a decent price compared to other places and really good size! The staff was very friendly, and they navigated around residents parking in the lot during a large event at the Cook Creek pool. They provided tables and c
The staff here are wonderful and caring. They went above and beyond with my wife and sons disabilities, being very accommodating. The selection is good for a smaller store and parts backstock keeps the shelves full majority of the time. Though smalle
