We loved everything about our stay here. The service was excellent. The manager and front desk staff were very friendly and personable. The hotel provided a really nice crib for our baby that was clean and came with wheels so you could easily move it around. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which had many accommodations, dishes, a desk, and a couch. The bathroom was spacious and the art work inside the room was a nice touch. The location is great with many restaurants with walking distance. We also ate at the rooftop restaurant and the pretzels were amazing however, the chef struggled to provide dietary information (we have a diary allergy and the Chef was unable to tell us what was in a few of the menu items).

Very clean hotel and spacious/comfortable room that has many great amenities. Full kitchen with everything you need. Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and the Olympic Museum. Also has a nice rooftop bar with great view (make a reservation it was very crowded even on a Monday night). We got four free beers (I think you can also choose wine?) and a small cheese plate during Happy Hour which is a very nice perk. Excellent staff! Our car broke down and we needed to come back after we had already checked out. They gave us access to our room and also were going to give me a discount on the rate if I needed to stay another night (hotel was very full that day and I had a special rate for my stay). I think the front desk employee who helped me was named Tevon? Thank you so much for being so kind and professional to help us during a very stressful situation. Well done and much appreciated!

Great location, downtown, where many shops and excellent restaurants are easily walkable. Modern and clean property with an exceptional breakfast and good rooms. Some even have their own kitchen. Indoor parking garage is a huge plus. The addition of the top floor Lumen-8 bar/restaurant, with amazing views, makes it a place you really never need to leave unless you want to. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is right there.

We are so excited to return to the Element hotel in Colorado Springs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Asia and Lika! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We love the bathroom with its large shower. It's great to get a hot fresh breakfast. It's very relaxing to take the elevator up to the 8th floor to enjoy Lumen8. A restaurant and bar. It has roof top views of the front range.

The element was conveniently located, very modern yet comfortable. The staff was nice, but seemed to be uninformed, providing us with inaccurate information . The beds are comfortable, the rooms are just the right size for a couple . They offered free breakfast in the morning. Parking is convenient in their underground lot. We enjoyed our stay, but wish that the staff would have been better trained.

Hotel is new, very clean and nice property. Excellent location and within walking distance of many great drink and restaurant options (that are also newer). ||The only downside is the amount of road noise from motorcycles racing down Tejon street outside during my stay; not sure if it’s because of the proximity to the interstate or what, but it was a regular occurrence every night of my stay

Lovely place, really loved the hotel and breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this place, close to some great restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything worked brilliantly and the room was big and modern! We went to garden of the gods from here and wild lodge water park. Both were fabulous.

This place was pretty sweet. Swanky bar upstairs, free drinks, funny looking little house things to sit at in the lobby. Breakfast made by chef when you order- super legit. Thanks for the delicious crepes my dude - I f'n love a good crepe. Coffee was on point. Lost my room card twice as usual- they were cool about it - this a is key point.
