Our dryer died this morning and we immediately went out on the hunt for a new one. Decided we would just go ahead and buy a set. Cash in hand and ready to buy we went to all the major retailers here in the area and their inventory was non existent wouldn’t budge on floor models or had a crazy future delivery date. We popped over to electronic express to find a willing sales man ready to sell us what we needed. Dylan was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We bought a Maytag set for less than anywhere else we had been, and were in an out within 20 min with his help! Thank you so much for making this the best experience in town Dylan!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my wife and I received at the Electronics Express store in Murfreesboro, TN. Initially, we had a positive experience when purchasing a massage chair and several other items totaling $7,000. The salesperson was friendly and helped us set up the purchase and the recurring payment with our bank. However, our satisfaction quickly turned into frustration a month later when we noticed that the bank had deducted the payment twice from my wife's account. We returned to the store to resolve the issue with the sales manager, Janelle. My wife, understandably upset, was expressing her concerns when another customer rudely interrupted with inappropriate and racial comments. Instead of addressing this rude interruption, Janelle accused us of shouting, failing to recognize the difference between a stern voice of dissatisfaction and actual shouting. While we were waiting for further assistance, a salesman named John called mall security and the sheriff on us, which was completely unwarranted. We were simply trying to resolve a double charge issue. Seeing three security personnel behind us was shocking and humiliating. I had to explain the situation to the sheriff and clarify that we posed no threat. John's decision to involve law enforcement was excessive and uncalled for, demonstrating a lack of concern for customer well-being. Janelle should have assisted us in resolving the double charge issue, given that she was involved in the initial sale. As a person of color, it may be different if I was white. Maybe he wouldn't have called the cop so fast for no apparent reason. I strongly recommend that Electronics Express train their staff on proper customer service and conflict resolution. Our experience showed a severe lack of understanding and professionalism. We felt disrespected and mistreated, and this needs to be addressed to prevent future customers from experiencing similar issues.

Izzie is the sweetest and most helpful sales associate. Janelle’s the best manager I’ve came across in along time. She gets right to the business..doesn’t sugar coat her information and solves problems. I am now a life long customer of electronic express. Also the entire safe is sweet !!!

John, the salesman was great!! Answered all of my questions and gave us a good price on a new washer!! Would highly recommend!

This by far was the best experience I have ever had in a store period. I came in the store in a bad mood and was looking at what they had there. my intention was not to buy several things..however as insightful as Hunter and Ashley was I bought several things from there. They made the place have a nice atmosphere and knew what they was talking about. I would highly recommend this place because of that team. Ordered a nice 4 door Frigidaire Refrigerator from them in February paid in full…. Were told they would hold it for us until we moved in late March! NOPE salesman John sold it as he was sales hungry thinking they would just get another in without checking their availability! Well guess what after two plus weeks still no Refrigerator!! Went to Home Depot purchased same one same price … delivered … they had 27 in warehouse! Electronic Express get it together…. Can’t recommend you… especially John salesman! However the manager there Jose was AWESOME he was so helpful concerned and eager to work out something but it didn’t work… and on top of everything we lost our $200 bonus card for buying in February! John you messed up… just own it! Thanks again for your courtesy Jose the manager! You handled this as good as possible! Our advice not a dependable business had hope to support local! Live and learn!

I purchased a washer & dryer combo just under a year ago from Electronic Express. John Harrier, who heads up the appliance section, is simply the best. He was very informative and helpful when we purchased the machines, explaining clearly our warranty options. And then when my dryer unfortunately required maintenance, he not only explained what I needed to do but he set up my user profile and scheduled the service appointment for me. This was clearly above and beyond service, but much appreciated by this busy person! John Harrier deserves a raise!
