Definitely the hipster bar of downtown, its the one bar were you can do the shotski and have a conversation still. The bartenders are always nice and the patrons are as well. Its also the one bar were college students and townies can hang out together and not hate each other at the same time.
Simply a great little bar on the square. Excellent bartenders....Always. Friendly atmosphere. Got to see a full bar Shot-ski! A true Wisconsin neighborhood tavern. Highly recommend a visit.
Walked in with a Tennessee ID was fasely accused of having a fake. After shining a flashlight on it, the bartender bolded stated "I'm sorry to tell you but this is a fake." I truly thought she was joking at first until she then asked my boyfriend where his ID was from so she could compare. I am shocked by the bartenders courage to call me out on my real TN issued state ID. I am 27 years old and have never been questioned about my ID and I have travelled to 15+ states with it. I do not plan to return to this bar as it was a less than enjoyable experience.
Nice upbeat bar that has a lot of space to play games such as darts or video games. Fully stocked bar. Good service.
No trip to Stevens Point is complete without a visit to this downtown gem. I can verify this is where the beautiful people hangout. Bartenders are of the utmost quality and professionalism. ❤
Atmosphere was awesome, great live music, and best tunes on the jukebox. Unfortunately we were followed by some of the patrons when we went to another bar where the patrons spent over an hour accusing us of being undercover narcotics officers. In reality, we were out for my birthday. When we left the second bar, they followed us for about 15 minutes. The next time we went there, the bartender told another bartender not to serve us because she heard we were "narcs". This was a few years ago, so things might have changed. We've just haven't had the desire to return.
Definitely my favorite bar. Great staff, great drinks, and you can play to win meat! Just the best!

Visiting SP for a couple of days, we went on a Sunday evening during a big football game, so it was pretty quiet. Food, beer, and service were spot on! Great prices too!
Have known Steve for years. Good man. He provides a good service and legitimately cares about his clientele. He moved next door to my parents years and years ago and I got to know him a bit better. Was not disappointed. 5 stars from this dude.
I love that this bar has a much more chill environment than a lot of the other bars in the area. I didn't need to shout for my friends to hear me. And the gummy bear martini was delightful, will definitely be coming back just for that martini alone.
This is legitimately the only bar we go to when we go out anymore. I am completely terrible at the fine art of karaoke but it's fun. Drinks are always good and the atmosphere is perfect for myself and my friends.
Have only lived in Stevens Point for one year but have luckily found the Congress Club as our local watering hole. The sisters that run the place are fantastic! Super friendly and personable. The interior of the bar is great. Highly recommend! Parkin

This place is absolutely delicious. Definitely in the top 3 best sushi restaurants I have visited. Unagi was so fresh, and the California crunch rolls are unbelievable. I could eat 100 of them if I could ! Are you down for some amazing sushi? GO HERE
It's a good little fence area for dogs to cool off. It's not totally fence in. Wished that it had more fence added up on top of the banks. It was an old swimming area.
