There tortillas de maize are the best.

Love love love this place. Awesome barbacoa, tamales were excellent and the owners were great people. I only go to Del Río once a year on a hunting trip. El Toro will definitely be a place I can’t wait to get back to every year.

Excellent homemade food, barbacoa is so good. Menudo is clean and tasty. Family service worth a smile you can even thru their mask 😷.

The menudo and barbacoa is good the place is packed on the weekend. They have fast service you can get in and out pretty quick. It wouldn't hurt for them to smile from time to time

Food is good but is pretty expensive. $3 for a little miniture corn taquitos and $4 for a slightly larger one in flour tortilla. You basically get 2 bites out of the small corn tortilla for 3 bucks It would cost you $30 for a meal for one person.(10 mini tacos)

Have bought both menudo and bbq and was very satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. Best place to eat in Del Rio. Tx.
