I've eaten here 3 times and tried different things every time. I can say with certainty that the burritos, churros, tacos, asada fries, and all their specialty drinks are absolutely amazing. They don't miss for sure.
Thankfully, my fellow Yelpsters pulled through with a solid late night eats recommendation, as we were waiting out a storm on Mt Evans far later than planned & we came down HUNGRY. We were prepared for a line, the order process & salsa bar, again, thanks to the Yelposphere. We walked in shortly after 10pm to about a dozen people in line & the sound of Spanglish being spoken. My husband looked panicked briefly & said he was overwhelmed, before asking me to order for him - ha. We went in planning to get taco plates, but I changed it up since we were famished. We ordered 2 plates: carne asada & al pastor, churros & I also added a glass bottle coke and horchata - because, ya know ... we needed them. The line moved fast & orders were up pretty quickly as well. The table was sticky but I was too busy sucking down my horchata to care. Suddenly our food was up, tho they forgot the churros, but, so did I until we were heading to the truck & we were plenty full. I didn't go back to point it out. We tried 5 of the offerings from the salsa bar - all were pretty solid. The tortillas were the perfect amount for the food on the plate. I thought both of our meats were a bit heavily salted, tho tender and easily balanced with the cilanto, onion & pepper mix. I scooped my beans and avocado with the chips, polished off the rice & meat - but skipped the lettuce & tomato. I'm thrilled we didn't stop at a drive thru & would definitely stop back in.
The El Pastor is great, has a nice charred taste. The alambre Veloz is good but it needs more meat I feel like other places give you more by like two tacos worth.
Stopped by for lunch today and was very impressed. Delicious tacos (al pastor, carne asada, barbacoa, and chicharron), perfect portions, and great price. The salsa bar had some nice options at all spice levels. The horchata was very good as well. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!
I went to their previous location once or twice unless it was here and just seems like new place with renovations, came to nearby business and noticed this new location, said have been here 1 year already. It seems the location is fairly new or perhaps it's not quite complete with kitchen details. Not sure, however the cashier believe is the owner was courteous it's order and pay at the register. Being such a nice restaurant I'm assuming they would eventually become full service restaurant. For now however they'll bring you your food, they have a salsa bar where you can help yourself to limes, napkins, salsa, guacamole, cucumbers and variety of condiments. The tacos smelled great, I ordered 2 Al pastor and 2 barbacoa. Think they got cold quick due to salsa I put on them , the salsa bar is refrigerated after all. However they still tasted great, the barbacoa just needed a tad of salt like is usually the case with any steamed meats. I would suggest you stop by, definately a nice venue and unique, location is quite large and menu is also quite diverse with many types of dishes; I just wanted a quick bite so just got tacos.
Usual this place is pretty decent but today was off the mark! The asada fries were soggy and dripping in liquid. The flavor was off. The chicken burrito I asked for no onion and was filled with onion and the flavor was off on that as well. The quesadilla was tiny and not good. Really poor experience here. Very sad.
Food was good, salsa and veggie bars were amazing! However, I can not say the same thing about service. We had a group 8 and when we were ordering, the cashier, older man with glasses, came off very rude. He even pushed out another cashier who was taking our order first. 2 of our friends’ orders were skipped and a couple more had missing items. We ordered some chips and never got them, we did get refunded, but the cashier tried to tell us the chips had come out, but we never heard anybody say they were out. Good food, but the front staff needs so much improvement.
We went in really early and the staff that was there at the time were super friendly towards us . We ordered smother burritos and everything was so delicious , seasoning was on point too. La agua de horchata was so good . The restaurant itself was so clean inside and the parking too .

We visited for a company's team building exercise. We had two rooms with plenty of stuff to break and smash. A milk crate of small glass pieces (cups, plates, vases) as well as large bulky items (flat screen TV, microwave, desk, door) and an indestr
Love this dog park! Dogs need to be semi good off leash because it isn't totally fenced in, like where you would have a gate, is just an opening, but the rest is fenced in to deter dogs. Great large open space to do a leisurely hike, you get some mo
