El Super #27 - Grocery store in South Gate - 3211 Firestone Blvd, USA

Bought 3 birthday cakes on Tuesday 12/19/23 they had mold. Strawberries had mold. Cakes tasted dry and heavy. Supposed to be 3 leches, paid 3 leches. Coin star, placed my pennies got a receipt, but they didn't pay me, I still have my voucher. Today I came and they didn't want to pay, but I said if it was 100 $ would you have kept it, then she paid. Then I asked what about the cakes, she said you should of brought them back, I'm not from here how was I going to bring them back.

Usually won't come here due to long lines and few registers open. Though prices on certain products are attractive! Came here on a morning around 9 and it was not packed at all. Really clean and neat.

Good prices and threat and vast deletions of fruit and vegetables, all staff that I en outed speaks Spanish and are very friendly and helpful, highly recommended.

I used Uber to get some groceries… ground beef only 10% fat in reality is like 30% fat just call to the store to report it & just toll me you have to come to the store and I said I don’t drive, I can walk she didn’t say a word & put me in hold but no body unswerving

CARD INFO HACKED. Someone that works here stole my card information and PIN number and made a large purchase here !! Be Careful when you pay with debit/credit/or ebt!!!!!
