EL SITIO steakhouse + cantina - Mexican restaurant in Olympia - 116 Legion Way SE, USA

Great place. Mexican steakhouse in the Olympia Hotel building, right off of Sylvester Park. You need to go into the building, through the lobby, and take a left. They have great food, drinks, atmosphere, and a fun selfy spot!

Omg yummy!!!! We had a blast here. Waiters were very attentive here and were super sweet the whole night. We tried their Jalapeños Poppers and Elotes appetizers. Jalapeños Poppers were above average but not my absolute favorite. Their Elotes though are something that even weeks later I'm thinking about and craving more. For dinner we had their Ribeye and Wagu steaks. The steaks were amazing and just melt in your mouth. Chef cooked them to our liking just right. If you want a good fancy night out this is the place to go!

We eat at El Sitio nearly monthly. The staff is friendly and attentive (shout out to Rom, Ricky & Santiago). The atmosphere is relaxed. We love the molcajete which my husband and I share and then have leftovers. I love the sauce in the bowl. (Molcajete has beef, chicken, shrimp, pork.) We recently tried the parrillada which is huge and will have leftovers for days! (Parrillada has carne asada, chicken, pork, short ribs, chorizo and quesadillas.) The table side guacamole is so fresh. Ricky makes the best margaritas ever! The salsa is amazing and unique. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant.

I want to start by saying our service was great! We had fajita steak/shrimp and the birra tacos. The presentation made the food look amazing! I felt the food was lacking spice and SALT! The steak for the fajita was cut very thin. The birra tacos were just oily and lacking the chili flavor I was looking for. Maybe I've been blessed with mi abulas home cooking but this was a 6/10.

I ordered a Steak Fajita burrito for takeout- seriously, some of the best-tasting steak I've ever had! The portion was very hearty for the price. It easily could have been two meals. I love the atmosphere, it was very lively without being noisy, and the guitar player roaming the dining room was a beautiful touch. Fine-dining quality with a casual vibe and beautifully decorated interior. I can't wait to come back with friends for the dine-in experience 😊

Excellent food and huge portions. I especially enjoyed the cochinita pibil. I also like that they make some dishes tableside, it's a fun addition.

Excellent food and the best margarita I have ever had! My mom and I stumbled across this restaurant and were blown away! The pride and love for creating delicious food is tasted in every bite. Highly recommend, truly is “the place”

It is our first time at the Sitio restaurant and we would definitely come again, the food was incredible, our waitress Yasmin was friendly and attentive. We had a Jamaican Margarita and it was delicious. we will be back.
