Room was very clean, bed was alright, not the worst I've slept in. There was no soap or extras like that but I bring my own. Price was good. Very nice lady working the front desk, that's a plus nowadays. Quiet and no people walking around all hours of the night. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
I always choose this place when I'm making a quick stop in Yuma on my way to Los Algodones. The prices are always extremely reasonable and they always keep their (nice size) rooms immaculate and clean, which is not usually the case when it comes to low budget motels. It appears to be family-owned and they are very nice people and never refuse when I ask for a noon check out (as opposed to 11:00 a.m). I'll continue to choose the El Rancho anytime I'm in the Yuma area. I highly recommend it.
I don’t know how this place got any bad reviews … those people have got to be the worlds snottiest travelers! I’ll start off by saying, we booked for one night and ended up extending the stay because we were so pleased. The rooms are very, very clean. I didn’t have issues with dirty floors or linens. Despite other reviews, I did not find a single bug in the room (and trust me, we looked). The room came equipped with nice little amenities like shampoo, conditioner and a blow drier. Much to my surprise a fridge and a microwave as well! Good tv and cable service although I am not one to watch television.. The people at the front desk were fast and kind! Got me checked in and to my room within a few minutes. There is open, ample parking and you’re right off Fourth ave with an amazing plethora of shops less than a few mere miles down the road (most within ONE mile)!! All in all, would stay here again. In my opinion this is probably the best lodging you will find in this price range without paying some outrageous $200 deposit for a $60 room. We will be back for sure!
Older and quiet hotel Rooms are clean and comfortable but doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Swimming pool too🤗
I arrived at 5 pm. No one was in the office. People appeared soon after. My room, 108, had no tv remote controls. The nice lady brought me two. They don’t work. I can only access one channel. The room itself is ok. No Kleenex, nothing for ice, teensy soap and shampoo. This is my third and last stay here. Can’t recommend. Thanks.
Made an unexpected stop due to a fierce winter storm. Could not have found a better place to hole up and wait it out. Classic 1937 hotel filled with Western and Hollywood memorabilia. The lobby had a roaring pine scented fire going. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Full bar and a restaurant that includes solid New Mexican cuisine.
First, I need to say the reception girl is really nice, she is the only good part of this motel. I don’t recommend this place at all! Very noisy inside and outside, you can hear the people next door every single conversation! They didn’t stop talking until 1am, and outside truck was super loud too, it just kept us up all night! The towels were not clean, a few towels have blood on them. This app Trip charged us more than the motel actual charge, you better off just call the motel and book fromThere directly! And using Trip app pay for the motel, I also got charged extra foreign transaction fee! This doesn’t make any sense, it showed in US dollars and I’m paying dollars, I still got charged! The customer service was not helping! I think I’m not going to use this app anymore, I will use other app for booking!
We had a party of 6 and made reservations over the phone a few days in advance. They do not serve food, but allow outside food in (but not drinks). So, we brought in a charcuterie board from Simply Boxed, here in Yuma. The beer selection is outstan
Bit hard to find, but well worth the visit. Fantastic food and wine. Get whatever the owner recommends. He's the expert. Reminded me of my best experiences in Italy
This was recommended to us by someone and we had to stop by. The food was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back to try the other things on their menu.
It was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back. The food was super delicious and the fries are amazingly delicious. The service was exceptional. I had the Yuma Burger super good.
