Decided to just try it out.
Ordered some tacos.
Combo of 4, because we thought they'd be small but was surprised by the portions, which were huge on two tortillas, so it's basically 8 tacos.
All meat was nicely seasoned.
The horchata was great.
Stopped in for lunch on our way to San Diego and we are so glad we did. This is one of those wonderful local joints that serves up their own take on authentic Mexican food. The Nachos were top notch. My kids loved the fish tacos and the homemade salsas and hot sauces were all fantastic. If you’re in Corona, give them a try.
Talk about yummy! Three chicken taquitos (they’re huge) with rice and beans! Delicious!! 😋
This is a hidden gem! It’s a small place, clean with simple decor. Staff was friendly and service was good. The food was fresh and delicious! A definite must stop if you are in the area. If it was closer to home it would be a regular stop for me.
Two of us went there for lunch. Place looks authentic, plenty of Mexican murals on the wall and a salsa bar.
I couldn't believe how expensive it is, $3.48 for a taco, even a "potato" taco, when did potatoes cost so much?
I had the shredded fried taco, meat was bland and needed more seasoning, not worth the price.
Second person had a plate of food, the beans and rice tasted good, well seasoned. Honestly the portions for that price is small. Altogether I payed $16 for a plate and one taco. Muy caro!
Stopped in on taco Tuesday tacos this day were 2 for $3. I had the chicken asada tacos and potato tacos the kids had carna asada burritos and chorizo burritos and they all had a good flavor. The place was clean along with the restrooms. Dropped a star because we arrived at 815 and they were closing at 9 and we felt we were rushed because they were closing other than this food was good.
This place deserves so much better than 4 stars. This place is definitely worth traveling the distance & service is outstanding. I felt obligated to write this our services was so great.
This place is amazing! It's like home cooking the rice is perfectly cooked I had #5 tacos 2 taquitos with rice and beans and my partner had enchiladas, 🌮 taco &tostada. Everything was amazing as soon as the food got to the table we didn't stop eating until the plate was done

Small little spot in Corona, but the birria was amazing. Fresh hand made tortillas with every order! The agua de piña was delicious and refreshing. I ordered a pistolita and it came with consome(broth) that was super flavorful, it touched my soul. S
