The dishes I was served at El Pulgarciro were hands down some of the best Latin food I've ever had. My family and I went twice in the same week. I had the Tres Compadres (steak, shrimp, and chicken) the first night and the Mojarra Frita (fried Talapia fish) meal the second night. Both meals were fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and we're served in a reasonable time frame. The staff was friendly and spoke both English and Spanish, the menus were easy to follow and were bilingual as well. In addition to my meals, I tried the fried plantains and Pupusas (tortillas stuffed with pork, zucchini, and Cheese). Both sides were delicious. You can request the Pupusas to be stuffed with a variety of ingredients, but we chose the three aforementioned. We had the restaurant to ourselves the first night on a Tuesday, but the restaurant was pack the following week on a Wednesday, both times were between 6:30-7:30pm. The restaurant has about nine tables that can sit four guest each, so seating can be limited when the restaurant gets busy. Overall, El Pulgarciro is a hidden gem worth trying, especially if you've never tried authentic El Salvadoran food. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and served in a timely manner. It's also worth mentioning everything thing on the menu is offered at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.
Clean, albeit older building, EXCELLENT food and service. They make it fresh to order so if you come while they are slow it might take slightly longer but WELL worth the wait. When I went recently they were smiling and quick to begin my order. I absolutely recommend this little hole in the wall to everyone that will listen.. their whole menu is great but I can't overstate the pupusas. They're AMAZING.
The pupusas are delicious however I went in after not ordering from them for a while and they raised their prices on the order of 4 pupusas. I was disappointed to find that the price went up by about $4, and the filling was much less. It was mostly masa with a thin spread of filling. I mean if the price went up at least keep making them with same quality as before.
Got different pupusas and each was very good. Would definitely recommend to try them out. Went for lunch, the food took a bit to come out, but it was worth the wait.
Nice little place that serves El Salvadoran food. This is my second time here, and my favorite dish are the Pupusas which is a small, round flatbread filled with cheese, beans or meat cooked on a hot griddle. Very tasty!
At first glance of the menu, I was pretty put off by the prices, but generally, when that happens, I commit and move on with the meal. And frankly, I'm usually disappointed with higher priced Hispanic food, but only because there are a lot of good places at reasonable cost. This place was... Different... 2 of the least expensive plates, one was 2 tacos, rice, beans for 10.50, the other plate was 1 enchilada, 1 pupusa, rice, beans, cabbage pickle. Because we were here, and I absolutely love plantains, a side with black beans and crema. 1 Jimaica. 2 Tropical Banana Soda (one of my all time favs...), 6$ tip, total 49$. Look, I don't say this often, but this meal was worth every penny. EVERY COPPER CLAD PENNY!!!! Soooo good! Everything was super fresh, super flavorful, meats were cooked to perfection, tamale was the best tamale I've ever had, the rice is over the top good, as in I wanted to by a couple of quart sized containers to take home for later (but not much later), the black beans seemed to be pureed, which I didn't think I'd like because I like texture, but they were mouth watering!!!. The platano side was super generous though I was deeply saddened when I ate the last bite, and lastly, the jimaica. I think the jimaica is real, as in soaked hibiscus flowers and sugar made right there to perfection, as in no corn syrup, just the snap of real sugar. Goooooood!!!! Go. Pay the money! It's most definitely worth it!!!!
I’ve been coming to buy Pupusas to this place. The quality is a hit or miss. Today Pupusas we’re burned and soggy. Please bring back the old lady who made the Pupusas. Gas is too expensive to travel to Lakewood for stale and inedible food.
This little place has a bit of authenticity I love about Salvadorian food. It takes some time to get the food to you and they have a sign in English and Spanish. When it does arrive it is fresh, good, and full of flavor I miss from my home town in El Salvador. Was ordering food to go but I smelled the food I just had to eat it right then and there. The portions are generous for the price and the flavor is all there.

I was passing through and finally got to visit! The shop is very nice and the two gents working there were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, I had a lot of fun just chatting. Plenty of sticks to choose from as well. Definitely worth a stop in!
Coffee flights are genius. Excellently crafted flights with the perfect assortments. A fun date idea to try a bunch of different drinks, and also good for that person who canât decide what they want! We also had the best scone weâve ever had in
Just visiting Lacey for a couple days. Fun climbing gym near Black Hills gymnastics. Ample bouldering and TopRope areas. Plus they had 6 auto belays with 3 routes each. Nice workout area and clean bathrooms and shower area. Definitely recommend.
Delicious and authentic Jamaican food is exactly what Olympia needed. My go to is the wingz with plantains and festivals, the jerk chicken sandwich is a close 2nd. But honestly everything Iâve had has been quite delicious and perfectly spiced.
It's a small quaint Japanese restaurant. When you walk in your greeted by a few stuffed animals and some typical Japanese decor. The wait staff are instantly friendly and attentive. Their menu compared to some restaurants is rather small but...... i
First time customer, hooked line and sinker. Went in for dabs and carts and was blown away by the selection. Every wall is jam packed with goods and the floor is lined with display cases of the same. The staff is all super friendly. Travis was my bud
Awesome course! The course is fun and easy to play and navigate, lots of trees! The park it is in is so clean, safe and well maintained. This is a very nice area.
