El patron is one of my top favorite Mexican restaurants! Salsa options are great! Tacos are delicious! Staff is super friendly! Fresh veggies! Street corn is a 10 out of 10!

The pollo fundido is really good. Crispy tortilla wrapped chicken with rice, guacamole and lettuce. Indoor and outdoor seating. Open every day of the week! Great selection of food and specialty drinks. The Texas margarita is delicious.

I've lived in Greenville area 5 years and couldn't find what I thought was good Mexican food. Visited El Patron last Thursday for lunch and it was the best I've had in the area. Friendly good service, too. Good value. I'll go back.

WOW !! Pleasant atmosphere, the staff is sooo nice and polite. The restaurant is super clean and the dishes are presented well and is good portions. Tucked in the heart of Fountain Inn a place you dont want to miss. Thanks for the great service and experience!!! Steak El Patron-Street Tacos and Ceviche!

I love the restaurant as a whole. The food is amazing and it is always quick. The seating is nice and there is always music playing but the service is always absolutely terrible. They never come to your table and if you need something you either need to walk to them yourself or stare them down. Every time I come it is the same. They are always huddled around the bar on their phones. It’s such a shame because good food is hard to come by but I can’t help but feel frustrated whenever I come and it’s usually by myself.

When we sat down, chip crumbs were all over the table and we cleaned them ourselves. Food was served rather quickly, and came out room temperature, not warm. We ordered 2 adult beverages when we placed our food order and they never came. The bathrooms have no AC and are beside the kitchen so it's really hot and and hard to even use them. Nice food presentation, but we won't return.

As others have posted no prices on the menu at all then after I ordered my food and ate got my ticket and the price was much higher then on there online menu I would have actually saved money and got more food if I would have just ordered it online and had it brought to my home even with service fees. Food was great but everything besides that not good at all was brought tea without ice and was almost warm then ran out of drink not one time but 2 different times waiting drinks and not even at a busy time at all. use to be a good place to eat but now if I do get anything it will be online only I'll save time and money that way

Grabbed takeout here a few times. Nice local Mexican spot with good food and service. Has a small patio area if you would like to sit outside. The California Fajitas and Chorizo Queso are our favorites.
