This was my favorite restaurant until the SECOND time i found little black bugs in my rice. The first time, i let the staff know and they took the rice off the ticket. Now a couple months later, its still an issue. I will never eat here again.
This place had flies and cockroaches in their restaurant when I was eating. Is it too much to get an exterminator? How have these people passed a health inspection? The server wasn't horrible, but she came off as rude to me, and impatient. I had the urge to scream at her, but I have the patience of a saint, so I kinda had to deal with her. The food tasted terrible, and it is much worse than other Mexican restaurants I've been too. You can get street tacos for a better deal, and better food than what this place has to offer. Avoid this place, and go somewhere better everybody.
I come to this restaurant because I love the variety of options in delicious plates. The price is more than fair and including that the serving portions are big. You can order a plate and might not finish it all because they serve well sized plates. Of course you have the traditional Mexican food options and draft beers to your liking.
Credit card machine not working and they asked to leave my card info so they can charge later. I was not happy with that. Still left the tip. Service was not to attentive. Other customers complaining too. Please train your girls to right down guests orders right & remember them. Food was AMAZING!
Large portions for the meals. I'm always ordering a #1 Mexicali Meal. I'm always sharing my meals with my kids or taking leftovers home. The staff is always friendly. I love how, if available, they ask if you'd like a table or a booth when most places choose where you sit.
First time visit ,the wife and I stopped by for brunch,was astonished by the amount of food for a reasonable price. It was delicious and I'm sure we we'll be back
Awesome Mexican food. Service is good and so is the atmosphere. Sundays busy but waiting isn't long. Taco Tuesday is the best in Porterville Ca.
We stopped here on the spur of the moment kind of thing around dinner time. We where seated right away. Gave us time to look over the menu without hovering, but also didn't make us wait forever and a day to take our order. We didn't wait long for our food. The food is delicious and I can't wait to return. There where 4 of us and it was about $80 for the 4 of us. Completely worth it. Definitely a must try.
