This place is well put together. They offer outdoor and indoor dining.
Our server was very polite and very attentive to our needs.
Our food was delivered hot and delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a romantic date night with refreshing drinks and tasteful eats!
First off, beautifully decorated. More of a high end romantic vibe. Our waitress Madi was awesome and service was fast. Drinks were just the right amount of strong. We had the Torta Cubana which had a Mexican flair and taste to it and it was huge. Hubby had the Chile Relleno's which he loved. We will definitely be back.
Food and drinks were good, service not so much. We had to ask a manager to find our waiter so we could order our food and get our checks.
4 stars because the food was good but not the best I’ve ever had. I do absolutely LOVE the atmosphere and the restaurant itself. They have a couple spots to sit outside and also an indoor section. There’s also a separate bar section as well. It overlooks a river and you can pop down and go for a walk if you want after you eat! Overall pretty good… would love to use this spot as a venue for something!
We tried this place for the first time and we were extremely impressed!
No reservations and our wait time was 50 minutes. However, we ordered drinks and chips/salsa at the bar and sat in the patio area (self-seating).
The margaritas are strong and tasty. You can get a frozen and they used shaved ice, so good!We had a cucumber, mango, and blood orange margarita. If you like caipirinhas, normally only found at brazilian restaurants, El Monumento makes a great one!
We had the queso, shrimp fajitas, and barbacoa street tacos. They give you more than enough tortillas for the fajitas and they taste homemade! The tacos are a true taste of street tacos. The charro beans and rice were authentic mexican.
Service was fast and we were overall extremely impressed. We will definitely go back!
Great place to eat with family and friends. El Monumento backs up to Blue Hole Park so it's a great place to sit out on the back patio and enjoy the view. They recently paved their parking lot which is a huge improvement. The layout of the building adds a lot of character. With a stunning interior, the staff make sure your experience is great. Awesome Mexican martinis, queso and pretty much everything on the menu will bring you back for more. I chose the burger and it was so good. They do allow reservations which would be the best plan to make sure you can get a seat.
The staff and space itself was great. The food was horrible. Special of the month is a chile rubbed ribeye. One of the toughest, driest, and most overcooked pieces of meat I have ever been served. Amazed it was allowed to leave the kitchen. Everything else we ordered was mediocre. Would not recommend or visit again.
We went for dinner. The food was fresh and the chips are amazing. We sat on the patio and the view is beautiful. The fans are a fantastic touch. Our server Grant was quick and made sure everything was great. I would definitely recommend asking for his section.
Most excellent breakfast in Georgetown! Been awhile since my last visit there but have only improved. Strongly recommend their breakfast plates and tacos. Machacado con huevo plate is spectacular.

My girlfriend moved for a job for a year down to Texas and this was the 2nd place we looked at for her and knew this was the place. Colin was our guy that helped us and went above and beyond to show us the place and make her big move a smooth one. Th
Beautiful park! Clean restrooms, and literally rarely see any trash or poop bags all over trails like some outdoor trails.
Two trail options: one trail hugs the river and is more of an intermediate trail for bikers or runners who want more uphill op
I've been wanting to visit this cavern for years and finally had the chance to do it. I was not disappointed.ðð
Parking is free and easy to get in and out of. They have a gift and snack shop in the guest area and the restrooms are very clean. T
