Worst service ever. Ordered a picada for two for $21.99 advertised on uber eats as well as on their website that came with chicken, beef, french fries, rice and salad and potatoes, but only came with chicharrón and morcilla which we don't eat. Talked to 2 employees and 2 managers and they didn't want to change the order because they saif it doesn't come with all of that. Falsely advertised. We had to buy a different lunch at another restaurant. Very bad experience and rude personnel.

Tried El Molino for Lunch, and the food was delicious and came out really quick, service is great, location is clean and well located. Definitely will come back . Great for big parties, plenty of parking.

I found this place and went straight to the reviews, I was a little hesitant because it has a lot of 1 star reviews, to my surprise I found it to be a very nice restaurant. We were noticed as soon as we walked through the door, the service was on point, the waitress came to check on us 4 time, the food was delicious , they have a bar, tv everywhere and very clean. Food came out really fast. My bill was $47 for 2 including 2 lemonades. My waitress was very friendly, I didn’t ask for her name but she wears glasses 🥹 I recommend this place, give it a try don’t believe all those 1 star reviews. Oh and plenty of free parking.

Wow, what a find this place was. I don’t know why the reviews weren’t great. But we gave them a chance. Loved the atmosphere, nice place. Music was great from my era. Service was quick and courteous. They served us quickly. Checked on us 4 times. Food was delivered hot and delicious. All around a great experience. We definitely will return. Menu was great. Had food for everyone’s taste.Waitress was a sweetheart. Very helpful. I didn’t get her name but she wears glasses and beautiful smile. Thank you.Happy customers.

Our server Melissa was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was stupendous, cooked perfectly, fresh, and served in large portions. The ambiance was not too loud, knowing that has a club atmosphere.

My family has been coming here for a few years and the food is great. Well seasoned and reasonably priced. They recently changed the menu and it seems the quality of service has gone down a little bit. I can't say anything about the waitstaff as a whole but we came in today and were served by a Carolina and she ruined our experience. Unfriendly and inattentive, barely checked on us and when she did it was a glance. She didn't take away the empty cups and bottles even though they were left at the edge of the table for her. Aside from having her serve my family this is a great place. As someone who has worked in the food service industry for a long time I know the job is stressful but in a setting where your main job is to interact with people you have to leave your problems outside.

The customer service was outstanding, and my waitress was attentive throughout. Towards the end, I learned that utensils are provided only upon request. The food, while okay overall, had slightly salty rice, yet the chicken in mushroom sauce and French fries were delightful. The flan de caramelo, served in a small tin container, tasted excellent. The cost of the food was reasonable, making it a place worth returning to, and I recommend giving it a try. ♥️

I’ve been to a lot of different, Hispanic food restaurants, and I have to say out of all of them. I have never felt more unwelcome that I did the day that I went to EL Molino I walked after placing an order for pick up the order, said it will take 20 minutes for the food to be ready after walking in I went to the counter and waited for an attendant. I saw a waitress dealing with the customer who was also dealing with a pick up order, I waited until she was done then watched the waitress walk away from me and head to the back. I then continue to wait for anyone to acknowledge me after 15 minutes one waitress acknowledge me, but she only spoke Spanish. I tried to work with her, and she was unable to do so I then saw multiple waitresses, going back-and-forth, trying to figure out who was going to deal with the only English-speaking person in the store, which was me , the original waitress that walked away from me seem to not wanna have to deal with me and had an attitude towards taking my order or even seeing what I wanted after another 5 to 10 minutes said waitress came back and asked me very bluntly. What did I want after trying to explain to her that I was a pick up order and it was under my name she told me that my order wasn’t ready and walked away after waiting additional 10 minutes another woman came by and then tried to work with me and we ended up using Google Translate after she figure it out but I’ve been waiting here for over 35 minutes just for a pick up order, she decided to give me someone else’s pick up order food so I would leave will not be returning again. Have to say worst experience I’ve ever had in a Mexican restaurant.
