What an absolute blessing for Auburn! I haven’t seen FRESH Mexican pastries since I was a little girl in San Antonio, Texas! Fresh and delicately sweet and soft to crisp and delicious, you can find a new favorite breakfast treat, lunch pick me up or an evening dessert to finish the day with! Great hours daily from 8-8! Friendly, engaging service in a nice little bakery made for seconds and maybe thirds! I just love it!

1 word: delicious!! Always fresh, they can do special orders too & their selection is awesome. So many tasty treats and breads! Love the people there, super friendly.

I would highly encourage everyone to check out El Mana Bakery! They recently opened and I’ve been there at least 5 times now. They have ice creams, nachos, aguas frescas, popsicles, pastries and breads!! Haven’t found another place like it around here ! The prices are great and the taste is amazing. Great customer service. The owner is a really nice person and will welcome you into their store. It’s located on the strip by Walmart on south college st.

The owner was nice. The pastries look wonderful. I ordered the nachos, but from looking at the wallpaper outside their establishment, I thought the nachos will come with toppings, but they only had the cheese and jalapeno peppers. The cheese was not hot, the strawberry and cream drink is tasty. Also, this is just a suggestion, instead of putting the cheese all over the chips, give the customer an option to have the cheese on the side in a cup and please make sure the cheese is hot enough. Awesome little Mexican bakery, love it!

Just visited for the first time today. It was very nice inside and the guy working was super helpful. Their chocolate tres leches cake is phenomenal!! I am looking forward to going back and trying more things. Y'all definitely need to go check this place out.

Most delicious sweet breads (so delicately decadent!) and pastries. Wish lived close by so we could also try their amazing looking cakes, hand-made ice creams and popcicles!

Found this place from my mom when she was giving them to my son for breakfast. The bread was amazing I talked all day about it. They have so many things there that I so want to try. We will be back every week to get more. They keep really well and for the price a lot cheaper than a biscuit from any fast food place.
