El Fogon should be considered a national treasure. The food they offer is always fresh, tasty, and authentic. I try to stop by every chance I get because not only do they have great food but the people here are friendly, and offer great service to anyone. Truly a memorable dinning experience.
My new favorite place to eat in Sunnyside. My wife and I have tried several dishes and we both love the asada gordita and sopes. My only complaint is the hours of operation. I can't get my gordita fix at 8pm on a Wednesday since they are closed and close at 5pm when they are open. I can't ding them for this as they have families and a life outside of the restaurant.
The real deal. A hole-in-the-wall tint place that is memorable, clean, just outstanding. If your taste runs to chain restaurants, you don’t belong here. For people who prefer an authentic, small restaurant with genuine, warm service and fresh, tasty food.
The sopes here are 🔥. That is all I've ever ordered here. Just top notch stuff that's worth a stop. Check em out if you're craving some sopes.
The best tacos available in Sunnyside. Home made corn tortillas that are soft and not too small like street tacos. You must know it is cash only and very small dining area. But if you want the best tacos around this area you must try these!
This place is a must-visit in Sunnyside and honestly in the whole Yakima Valley! I've never found better value on tacos. The service here is great too. My favorite order is one taco de asada, one adobada, and one lengua. You have to try a sope too.
There was 2 thic hairs in my tacos when I recently went, and last time I went I ordered 4 beef tacos and they completely gave me the wrong meat type. Not what I asked for, I called and they couldn’t change my order or give me a refund. Very nasty attitude. 🤢 use to be my favorite taco place but after all of this, ITS DISGUSTING 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🥴🥴🤮🤮🤮🤮
Really pleased with this spot. The menu is small, but that's not always a bad thing. We tried the sopitos, burrito and flautas. Everything tasted home made. The refried beans actually tasted refried, not just mashed. The service was excellent! Super nice cashier. Will definitely be going back!
Super delicious drinks! We stopped here on the way to Seattle and got a Pink Lemonade, Pink Drink, and Iced Chai. They all taste really good, and I love the presentation. Highly recommend!
Got 4 Carne Asada, 2 beef, and 2 marinated pork with everything on them. Total was $22. Carne Asada was good, and beef was delicious (great glavor and consistency). Pork had some gristle. Tacos have meat, beans, lettuce, and cilantro. Vegetables were
Great food, service, atmosphere...steak was huge and perfectly cooked, wedge salad was not covered in dressing and was absolutely perfect, outdoor seating with heaters and infused complimentary water. Desert was a giant cinnamon roll.
Although everywhere is expensive now a days, Carlâs Jr. Is always been on the expensive side but these guys in Sunnyside always have good deals and cupos for y'all. They are always super friendly about it, just ask them and they will tell you what
