I love this store it’s the best dorado out of all the locations to come to. Francisco Navarro was our sales representative today and he was spectacular. He showed us the whole store and gave us many options to pick from and styles. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell he loves his job. Great great service all together!!!

Do yourself a favor and do not get fooled by their “promotional 18 month” free interest rate promotion. Their customer care is disgusting and extremely unhelpful. I have great credit, have NEVER been late on a payment and was charged $1,200 in interest rate when my last payment was only $237. I unfortunately was away on vacation for the holidays for the month of December 2023 and did not receive my billing statement which would have told me it ended in the month of December. Nonetheless, I paid my $195 monthly payment (which is more than what I need to pay) while I was away and nothing alerted me that my “promotion” ended on the 16th of December. So I paid my $195 as usual and told myself “that’s amazing by next pay period I’ll be done paying the couch I purchased with the promotion that was given.” Fast forward to today, I logged in to pay my remaining balance and was charged the acquired interest. I spoke to their bank customer care respresentives who rudely clicked on me TWICE… and told me there was nothing that could be done. Despite my great credit report and my on time monthly payments no one was able to waive the $1,200 interest rate for a 7 day difference of when the grace period would have ended. I find it terrible business that someone would actually go to these lengths to not make their customers happy despite the situation. I will never be purchasing from El Dorado again. Do yourself a favor, and make your purchase with a company who cares about their customers.

I am super happy with the purchase of my bedroom set including the mattress. Good quality, good price and too cute. The hospitality and patience of the sales specialist Franklin Meneses was definitely a plus to close the deal!! I don't usually leave reviews, but on this occasion, Franklin's work deserves it. He really was attentive to every detail during the selection process, purchase, financing and delivery of my furniture. I even had a little issue after delivery and installation and just needed to call Franklin and everything was resolved. In the future I am going to redecorate my living room and I will not hesitate to contact Franklin. I will recommend him to family and friends as well.

We are extremely happy with our new dining table set. Claudia Salva was our sales rep. I’m a El Dorado customer for many years. I’ve purchased from kitchen stools, sofas to 2 bedroom sets, always incredible quality and immeasurable customer service. Very pleased with Claudia’s hospitable character from the moment we walked in to the showroom to the moment our furniture was delivered. She was extremely courteous and patient with us (we took forever to decide on the chairs we wanted for the table). Very pleased and I would definitely purchase again from not only El Dorado but especially to have Claudia as our rep again. Highly recommended!!

Ivan is the best salesperson here in El Dorado! He is very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy from this store. He doesn’t pressure you into buying certain models and looks for your best interest. He is very professional and me and my dad are very happy to see someone as great as him working at this store! He is quick and efficient and makes the buying experience very comfortable. 10/10 experience with Ivan.

El Dorado has always been my preferred furniture store. They have a huge selection and variety of high quality pieces for every room in your home or apartment. Sometime ago I purchased a full dining room with the china cabinet, to this day it still looks beautiful and classy. I’ve bought several pieces since and I’m very happy with my choices. Overall excellent customer service from all the sales representatives here. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for quality furniture.
