El Don Motel - Motel in Los Angeles - 9519 S Figueroa St, USA

Compared to surrounding hood area it's exceeds my expectations. Small room and kinda small bathroom. But the shower is big and nicer than most showers I have seen at bigger hotels. And the ac pumps out cold cold air. Over all good safe clean hotel. Hidden gem for damn sure.

Chambre propre, salle de bain bien équipée. En revanche la literie est juste horrible je n'ai jamais dormi sur un matelas si dur !! |Hotel mal place, très bruyant avec la route et surtout l'aéroport pas loin on a l'impression d'y être ! |Bref passable pour une nuit mais sans plus.

Nous avant dormi 2 nuits dans ce motel très correct. Personnel sympa, chambre climatisée, grande salle de bain. ||Seul inconvénient le bruit de la route pas loin. ||Excentré du centre mais la ville est tellement grande que tout paraît loin. Voiture indispensable

Nice and clean rooms, they must be new. Tv, refrigerator, air conditioning, microwave, you'll get anything you need. I would definitely sleep here again.|Location is not special, but easy to reach by car. Very close to the highway, so you can easily reach any location.|Rooms seem to be well isolated acoustically.

The first thing is to warn you that this hotel is in a bad neighborhood. While I wouldn’t expect to see a heroin overdose just outside, I wouldn’t be surprised either. If you have never been to a big city or don’t feel comfortable in sketchy situations, do not stay here. I grew up in New York City and rode the subway to high school and I know bad neighborhoods when I see them. There is nothing within walking distance which is fine since you probably wouldn’t want to walk anywhere anyway. That said, it is darn cheap for a hotel in L.A. that is a short drive from most everything you would want to go see. I found the bed comfortable, the shower hot with good pressure, there was a mini fridge and microwave, and the clerk knocked on my door for my 9am wake up “call”. I mention that because there is no phone in the room, no alarm clock, and even no tissues. So if Chuck Norris is your spirit animal, give this place a shot. If, however, you don’t send back your undercooked steak because you don’t like conflict, stay somewhere far away.

Motel très propre, fonctionnel et assez confortable, la salle de bain est très chic, la douche avec un grand bac est refaite à neuf. Pour un motel à bas coût c'est une pépite, seul bémol, le quartier un peu mal fréquenté.

The room was quite small, but it included everything we needed. Fridge, TV, hairdryer and a clean shower. The bathroom was excellent and seemed like it had just been renovated. Wifi was strong and consistent.

This isn't the Hilton! But you do get great facilities, cleanliness and it's a decent price for the area of LA.||||Stayed here for 1 night before our flight in the morning, and it was great.||||Friendly staff, room was really clean and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
