Weekly flavorite spot to eat especially on Taco Tuesday. Service is consistently great. Authentic as it gets. Ignore the negative reviews if you are wanting a place that is relaxed, as in they give you space and time to enjoy your meal unlike other restaurants where they hurry you out the door or annoy you with “how is everything?”. This is a SPECIAL restaurant in Rogers. You don’t like ripped seat benches? Great! Everything here is broken in and weathered, where money and time are spent on delicious food, served in abundance. The portions and prices are more than fair - they’re phenomenal! From the bean dip & fresh salsas, to the perfect Al Pastor tacos, to the char on the chorizo, El Cuñado is a place where you’re treated like familia. Everything I have tried here has exceeded expectations. I frequent any and all food trucks, Mexican and Salvadoran restaurants, local and chains, only to keep returning to El Cuñado in Rogers and Springdale because they work hard to serve a delicious meal any time of day.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience here. The food was incredible and the staff were so nice. The salsa and bean dip were very good, and you know I had to try the cheese dip which was also great. For my entree, I got an asada torta and I liked it. The fries that came with it were alright. The atmosphere was very chill in general and it felt good being there. Definitely try this place if you're in the area!

The people are very nice, and the food is excellent, we eat here every chance that we get,, I highly recommend this place.

Our first visit today around 4pm on Tuesday. we ordered tacos, they were served promptly. The flavor of the asada and pastor was the best I have had in NWA and we have eaten at many of the mexican restaurants in NWA. Our waitress was friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. The price was right. we will be back next Tuesday. I wish they had a Taco Thursday, as well :) UPDATE: 10/17/23 returned for 3rd visit. arrived Tuesday at 5 pm. placed taco order with waitress which included water request. We were informed we needed to buy a drink in order to have the taco Tuesday $1.39 price. This was a first. My order came: 2 pastor and one asada. I was served 2 asada and one pastor. I asked for it to be corrected. they took it back to the kitchen and re-delivered: 2 asada and 1 pastor, nothing changed. I kept the order and ate the meal. Later that evening I had a study class and my stomach was upset. Had to get up from the desk 4 times in 2 hours. Not sure about going back to el cunado.

I have lived in Rogers for about 15 months and trying to hit as many Mexican restaurants as possible and it's impossible to hit them all. So this is my first stop at El Cunado but won't be my last. It is very colorful, open and clean inside. Service was very prompt and attentive. They brought out chips, salsa and refried beans and guacamole for dipping. I had the house enchilada's and my wife had the house taco's. The enchiladas had great flavor and the rice and refried beans were very good. The tacos were very good as well. A good experience all around.

Came in with a group of 47 for lunch on a Sunday and we were lucky they had room to accommodate. My travel partner and I shared a dish that was was around $27. It took a while for our food to arrive cause by the time it arrived for our table most of our group had already eaten and ready to go, but it's understandable. The food we got was delicious. The portions were big enough to have lunch and still have leftover for dinner.

Yall.... this place is SOOOO good! The staff is amazing and super friendly, the food is delicious and service is fast. Can't believe I haven't been here before! My total.... $8!
