We(25 of us)enjoyed a post funeral meal. The waiter was flat out amazing! He didn’t need to write down our drink orders-and he got them all right!😉 The food was delicious as always and the atmosphere was excellent. We spent a few hours eating and catching up with old friends. The lady’s bathroom heat needs to be turned up about 6 degrees. I recommend this restaurant for casual affairs, etc! The decor is absolutely lovely! Happy 2024!❤️🥂🌮

Service is AWFUL! Server is RUDE!! Avoid this place at all costs. My family ate here a few weeks ago. Food was ok, and if I were basing this review only on the food I might eat here again. When we arrived the server immediately asked if we wanted anything to drink. Our family are water drinkers, and I replied we'd just have water but the server really pressured us to order beverages. I asked if they had unsweetened ice-tea and his response was snarky and he acted like I was an idiot for not knowing they served coke products (how would I know???). We came during lunch, so when placing the order I said that I'd like the carne asada lunch plate and the server very snidely said "we don't do lunch plates". I also asked nicely if he could put my rice and beans to the side (as I don't eat these items). They were served on my plate when the meal was brought. When we placed the rest of the order, we asked the server to cancel one item and replace that item with another. The server did not write the order down. When the food was delivered to the table, both food items were sent. We tried to send back the food item we'd replaced but the server would not take it back, told us he knew what he heard, and that we would be paying for it. He also called me an unpleasant swear name in front of my grandchildren. I approached the payment booth and once again said I'd like the item we'd canceled (an order of nachos, no cheese, only chicken) removed from the bill but the server refused to take it off. I said we'd be contacting the owner and letting him know about the poor service and he laughed at me and said "go ahead". This turned what would have been a nice family lunch into a frustrating experience. My grandchildren were very upset with the servers treatment and actually said they were afraid of him. If you're looking for a good family environment this is not the place.

I don’t typically leave reviews but after the way the owner and Mario acted I feel people need to hear our experience. My daughter ordered cheese and rice, a $3 meal and found a hair in it. When asking Mario (waiter) to come over and look, he looked at us “like why in the world are you waving me over.” Then when he came he took the plate no problem, but then starting questioning my young daughter on the hair and then said “well do you want another one.” Obviously we did. When we got our bill we were charged twice for her $3 meal. I mean $3 really. When we questioned this Mario said “oh you have to tell the owner so he can fix it.”When we told the owner, he was even ruder and said well what did it look like, how long was it, etc. We were amazed. They did not remove the duplicate charge and when we were leaving the owner had the nerve to tell my husband to SHUTUP. What business owner talks to anyone, let alone their customers that way!! The time we were at this location prior to this event, we were waiting to pay before leaving and I watched a ROACH crawl across the floor! I was so surprised I just reacted and stepped on it! I wish I had pictures of both these instances since they do not care or respect their customers whatsoever. I have never thought this restaurant was great due to high prices, smaller portions, and vegetables on fajitas never cooked enough but it is all Pennington Gap has, so we went. But never again! I have never complained about any of those things to them either, but I guess if you don’t complain they won’t know. So start complaining people.

Had dinner with my oldest daughter She found a HAIR in her food, they came out and seen it absolutely disgusting. They remade her food and charged us twice. They were VERY rude while we paid Just be aware when you find HAIR in your food you’ll be charged twice as much.

We have been here twice both times and it has been awful both times. The server guy we had both times is soooooo rude. He completely ignores you when you ask or need anything. They charge you for every little thing, they will NOT change anything. I asked for the 3 tacos I wanted 2 steak 1 chicken and they wouldn’t sub it. Not even the option. The guy who checked us out to pay told us he didn’t have time to fix our bill (which was already fixed) and still wouldn’t fix it and then proceeded to let us know how much of a inconvenience we were. We will never be back to this place. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if I could.

Me and my husband went to eat here. The bar was full and only 3 booths had people. Now more did come in after us. Nobody would wait on us, we ask several times. I will not be back to eat here.

The guy that answers the phone needs a rain check. Big dude, no idea what his name is. We go in there every time and get steak street tacos. This time I called ahead for pickup. Got tells me they don’t sell that there and that I called the wrong place and need to go over the menu again. I know it’s the same guy cause he always has a problem when people go in there. You lost our business.

Very rude people there just heard the one at the cash register just cuss this young Christian lady out the F bomb the B word it was awful and just kept on and on. I would've been across that counter on him and the boss just stood there and let him do it they just lost my business and lotta others business, they need to go back to where they come from I mean they come over here and get everything free from us Americans, and treat people like that they better watch out
