It was a very nice restaurant. The ambience was nice. The staff were courteous and willing to explain the dishes. They were happy to provide suggestions. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasted good. There was a good connection of items in the menu. Fajitas were sizzling hot and the smell of the food was delicious. The portion was also good for the price. I will definitely go to this place next time when I am in the area. I would also recommend it to friends and family too.

Me and my mom was passing through Cañon City and I wanted Mexican food. After she saw the good reviews we decided to try it out. However, I believe those reviews were wrong. This restaurant was like a Taco Bell. The salsa was spicy, I liked it but they don’t even give you a cup of it, I guess you gotta keep asking for it. My mom wanted to order queso since the salsa was too spicy, but they don’t offer it which I never been to a Mexican restaurant that didn’t have it. I got the chicken quesadilla and my mom got a chicken taco salad (they don’t give a taco shell, but you get a few chips on top), the food did look good but the it didn’t have any flavor. I feel like I could’ve made food better at home. Also, my cup was dirty which made me not drink anything with my meal. The service was good and the food came out in less than 10 minutes but I won’t come back. I gave 2 stars because of the service and at least the food was edible, just not delicious.

Stopped in here for dinner with our group of 13. It was close to closing time but they graciously served us. There was complimentary chips and salsa. Our waitress and bus boy/entertainer were awesome! The menu is very large!!! The food came out quick even for our large group. We all had various Mexican staples such as enchiladas, quesadillas, burritos, and tacos. The chicken mole was exceptionally good. All in all a great dinner!

The restaurant did have traditional Mexican food but it wasn’t as flavorful. It is big portions I do want to note that if you are looking for spicy Mexican food this is not the place to go. Over all it was a decent experience.

Got seated right away. The waiter came with water and took our drink order right when we sat down. Ordering our food and getting it was just as fast. The food was great and nice and hot as usual. The cashier was really, really nice.

The best Mexican food I've had since I left El Paso

My family and I ate here on our vacation to Colorado a couple months ago. We got to town later in the evening and were willing to eat someplace else if it was too close to closing. They welcomed us with open arms and happily served us. The food and service were equally AMAZING! We even planned to eat here again on our way back through town later in the week, but plans changed due to a scheduling conflict. Can't recommend this place enough!
