El Camino Motel - Motel in Stockton - 1506 E Mariposa Rd, USA

As if the reviews don't already speak for themselves I can not and would NEVER give my money or business to an owner who continuesly hires contractors and refuses to pay them for completed work! I work for a company who Installed a water heater earlier this year and when promised a check at completion of job the owner started with what is now a long string of excuse after excuse as to why he cant pay us . Tell me what owner you know that incapable of paying his own bills? There have been reviews of the same thing happening to other contractors and after putting the word out to other companies and posting via social media more contractors have confirmed the same thing has happened to them. My main reason for this review is to warn contractors from doing business for this owner.

El camino hotel is more of a Residential property than a motel. There is no onsite manager. Nor can you book a room for a night as each unit is rented per month. You won't see any employees that youd see at a hotel such as No housekeeper no hotel clerk, no hotel manager. No maintenance or groundskeeper. A small room was turned into a 'office" however your very lucky if you find it open. No licensed staff no licenses to operate. Original Office has been configured into 3 rooms that are rented individually. Phone number listed online is no good no working phone number on site to get in contact with owner. Different "owner " constantly each family member portrays themself as "the real owner" unprofessional mannerism,only present on day rent is due. No receipts available let alone one with motel header. Rooms occupied by rats. Tub fills with septic waste that is backed up. Rated very kindly should be 0 stars but unfortunately have to give 1 star.

An amazing under spot to hang smoking preferred

This place horrible has ratchet ass ghetto people

Not a place you want for the family.

I'm not to fond of this motel.
