El Camino Inn - Motel in Daly City - 7525 Mission St, USA

The good:|The location can't be beat. Less than 1/4 mile walk to the Colma Bart station. I booked a room with one queen bed. It was a small room, but just right for one person. All sheets, towels, blankets seemed new and were perfectly clean. I inspected the bed, and the mattress and box spring were perfectly clean. The TV was a new flat panel TV, and had a good selection of channels.. Free parking right in front of the room. Wifi was good (35mb down, 15mb up). Bathroom was perfectly clean and stocked with plenty of standard soap, shampoo, and body lotion. A new coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge were also in the room. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Owners were friendly.|What could be improved:|The carpets - they are in dire need of replacement. They were dirty and ripped. It wasn't a big deal for me as I usually bring flip flops or slippers with me. Also, the furniture was pretty grubby, The table surfaces were clean, but the rest of the furniture had stuck on dust. Also, they use a plug in oil diffuser as an air freshener which is overwhelming for such a small room. I unplugged it as soon as I got there and opened the windows and door. After being there for 3 nights, the room was still clean smelling - the air fresheners weren't needed. They are probably causing the stuck on dust on the furnishings due to the oil residue.

Positive: The price Negative: It?s decent for the price I thought it would be a little less comfortable but it was surprisingly comfy for a motel.

Positive: Service was quick when checking in. It was quiet area of the city despite being by a busy street. Room was clean when I arrived. Negative: The hotel needs some maintenance. Small cracks in the walls and ceiling, and the caulking by the sink is starting to come off. Negative: ""

Yes, I know this place is cheap, so I didn't expect much. But the room is small and smell. I am not sure if it's cleaned properly. I don't see any dirty spots, but I felt ichy when I slept on the bed. If you don't have sensitive skin, I guess this is fine, but I won't recommend it if you want a pleasant night sleep. BTW, the room have very limited power outlets, bring your own power adapters.

The guest room is really too low. It feels like the quilt cover and sheets have not been washed or changed for a long time. The carpet also feels very dirty. The water pressure is also low and it is difficult to take a shower. I booked three nights and slept two nights, but I didn't sleep well. I’m leaving, I can’t stand it anymore, maybe the motel is just like that, it’s cheap, what more can I ask for 😂

bed was good slept well, tv heat fan AC bath shower etc all worked well, very clean, just needed overnight place, the lady who check me in when i arrived made check routine, fast, and easy, respectable, very kind, the house keeping crew very respectful, kind i yes would stay again next time i need to saw a menu think they have paid delivery food. (didn't need to use it but glad they have that to offer)

Awful experience. Large holes in wall and bathroom door. The repair of the bathroom door looks like it was done by a 5 year old. Multiple electrical plugs connected to a power bar strip actually dangling from wall. No breakfast A scary place to stay.

Place was quite room was dated. I would stay again.
