Horrible! I’ve eaten at this franchise before and I’m so disappointed! I ordered a Bacon Avocado tomato and too my surprise when I pull over is NO BACON! And when I asked for salt pepper and ketchup packets they said they discontinued them and they don’t order them no more?!! What kind of business does that! And when I call to complain they just say sorry! Didn’t offer me a thing! Horrible don’t go to this location or the business! The only experience I could say is worth the one star is the lady at the drive thru she was very nice! I will go back and ask her if she wants a job at my job just to get her away from that business!

The best bagels in town! The bagels are always fresh and perfectly baked with a nice chewy texture. The variety of flavors and toppings available are impressive, and I especially loved the Cheesy Hash brown, Jalapeno Cheddar and Asiago bagels. The staff and the service was prompt and efficient. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and it's the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend Einstein Bros Bagels to anyone looking for delicious, high-quality bagels or looking for some yum yums.

Edit 1/28/24 Ordered another all nighter box and I only got the sandwich and the cookie, so it's pretty obvious they're deliberately leaving off items. Before I thought it was a mistake due to naming similarities. ********************************** Love the food but I live far so I typically order through Uber eats. To date, I have never received a complete order from this location. There always seems to be an item missing. I spoke with 2 separate managers at the location and while they were very nice, I still didn't get my complete order despite calling them as soon as the order was placed. I highly recommend this location if you have the ability to go in personally and verify your order is complete.

Einstein Bros. Bagels has a lot more options here then just bagels 🥯. I love the creative ideas that they came up with to make Eating bagels feel like a new food. The bagels Burrito was fun treat that was tasty. If you love cream cheese you are in luck if you ask for it they really smother it all over the inside bagel. I am a cream cheese fan my self but I had to take some of it off because it was hard to taste the bagel with all that cream lol. They offer inside seating and a small out side sitting place to. You can use the drive through if you are on the go. The driver through was fast and our order was correct 👌. They were Patient with us as we looked at the menu. If was a good experiences. We will be coming here again.

For the price they charge, the food should be better. Jalapeno Chedder Bagel with egg and cheese was tasteless and luke warm. The coffee cups and lids are flimsy. Everytime I get coffee it is filled to the brim, murky, no stopper and it falls out in my car. I got to work, took off the lid and coffee spilled all over the place. Also, I was charged extra for Almond Milk. Wow. It will be a while before I visit any Einstein Bros. Bagels and I will never order coffee again.

I usually go inside to order when I visit Einsteins but this day I opted for the drive thru. Let me tell you, the girl they had running the drive thru was so RUDE. I was ordering and made a mistake in my order and she kept talking over me and rushing me to finish my order. I was getting frustrated because it didn’t seem like she was understanding what I was saying because of how rude and loud she was being towards me. And when I got to the window, she dropped my bag of food on the floor and smiled and laughed at me. I was literally in shock at how bad the service was. She didn’t seem to care about how our food was being handled and didn’t have basic customer service. She should NOT be allowed to interact with customers or handle food at all. I will NOT be visiting this location anymore because of the terrible service I received. I gave two stars only because when I order from the inside, I usually have a fine experience.

The man that took our order was incredibly rude from the very beginning of the interaction. Any time we asked questions about the menu he was audibly sighing into the microphone and giving us attitude with every response as if every question was an inconvenience to him. If you’re being attended to by a tall white male with his pants sagged below his butt, he’s probably having a bad day, and you’ll probably end up paying for his inability to control his feelings. Never coming back to this awful spot in on Brandon Blvd and Kings

- Outright disappointing - Is this a corporate decision or manager decision because it SUCKS. First of all .. I love bagels. I used to enjoy Einstein. BUT since when do they get to decide to place sesame seeds on my Garlic bagel? Nitty gritty- atmosphere is a little grungy in here. Maybe they're too busy for general up keep. Windows filthy, coolers look like a kindergarten class came through after art class (very dirty). Just to pick them apart because I'm upset... Sure vents need to be replaced it cleaned and painted. - no one wiping off tables - drink station 'nuff said lol As far as service goes. Front staff was on point. Quick to take order, high energy and kind. Food quality was decent. I ended up ordering a plain toasted with bacon (because I do not want sesame seeds). Now for the real deal...... I'm not a purist by any means. I know they, Einstein's do not boil their bagels (only steam them). Each bagel place has their own unique flavors. I'm accepting of a lot of different variations and combinations. I asked to see the manager since was this was my fourth visit to this location and I had questions. 1) the manager REFUSED to step around the corner to greet me. - I'm a guest, don't we count? 2) My question for the was this: - Why are there ALWAYS sesame seeds on my Garlic bagel 🥯 ??? Do you want to know the answer I received, third party?? --- To cut down on the bitterness of the garlic. I LOVE garlic. I hate sesame seeds. Why not put stuff on the Onion bagels?!? Or Asiago cheese both strong flavors- They ,by the way, ... they only mess with the garlic bagels. Pssst! - if it's too garlicky, you can just brush some off! Side note: sesame just got upgraded by FDA as one of the MAJOR Food Allergens. .... This is 🚫 not the place to come if you have those kind of allergens This might be my last visit here. There's other places out there that would never do this to a poor Garlic bagel. ... Einstein, what did Garlic Bagels do to you too be punished like this!! Sacrilege! Disappointing behavior, Einstein.
