We are so happy with the service we received from Egan's PC. Vance was professional, he showed up at our home on time and brought the new computer and installed it plus made some installs to another laptop. He kept notes on everything I asked and everything was done! This is a for a professional and he is one.

Vance was really quick at recovering files off of my computer. He initially thought it was a hard drive failure, but quickly figured out an underlying issue and was able to restore my computer completely. He was very quick to get me in and very quick to resolve the issue. Well pleased.

I will be honest, Egan's PC Service is about the best I've done business with. They are courteous, and will get the job done in a timely manner. They are very upfront about what they charge, and will work on an issue until they are absolutely sure it is fixed.

Today is 6/3/2024. I have been trying and I have been trying and I have been trying and I have been trying and I have been trying to contact this place to so much as get a quote or get them to come to me to take a look at my PC and they NEVER pick up the phone. I've called them TEN TIMES TODAY trying to get through and every time it's gone to voice mail. The business hours says you are open! So pick up the phone! How are you expecting to do business if you ignore the phone? Since I don't have transportation, it would be advised for me to have them come to me as their business claims to do. I could walk it, but it's WAY to hot to make an hour plus walk with like a heavy PC tower strapped to my back. I've tried to call and leave a message in the past for assistance and they responded back with, can't do it too busy. I think you all should look to other PC repair people for the job.

My laptop was running slowly and Vance took a look at it. He said it was just running updates and didn't have to do anything. He was a pleasure to work with!

I received excellent service from Vance. He communicated every step of the way with details of what he was doing to my computer and the cost. He did not do anything without my approval before moving forward. He was super helpful and I received great service. I highly recommend using him - you will not be disappointed!!!!

Vance has been incredible to work with! My teenager broke his laptop screen and I asked for recommendations on Facebook. I got an overwhelming response to contact him. I scheduled a phone appointment for the following day online since it was Sunday, but he reached out to me via text that night and has been in contact every step of the way when ordering the replacement, setting up drop off and pick up, etc. Very reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend!

I was having problems with my laptop and desktop. Vance was able to provide fast and reliable service. He also installed security software on both computers. I was pleased with the service I received and would recommend his business. I’m sure I’ll be using his business again.
