Price is ridiculous for how small the rooms are. There is a stand shower no bathtub, no full stove, Queen size bed, small flat screen, fire alarms do not work, roaches, bed bugs, nosy neighbors, creepy old men walking around in the parking lot, no full refrigs. You pretty much have to go outside if you want to change your mind. Previous management says there are over 28 rooms that are bed bug infested. Also several ppl have been found deceased in the rooms. They left the rooms unclean after. This place needs to be shut down because its dilapidated & uninhabitable.

BED BUGS. DAILY INSPECTIONS. RUDE MANAGER. STRICT POLICIES CHANGING EVERYDAY. Everything about this room was awful. Our first room infested in bed bugs. I was not believed by staff until providing photo evidence. We were then under the false pretense that she would ensure our costs would be covered (costs of dry cleaning clothes. Car professionally cleaned. Costs of medicine for our bites under the pretense we provided receipts). I did as she said and got receipts for everything (even told her what specific costs were due to the bed bugs. New sheets. New blanket. Dry cleaned pillows) and told her not to include the extra prices on anything like the fast wash services. We were even encouraged to professionally clean our vehicle that was infested so we did. She then decided to not reimburse us for these expenses. Every rent period I was forced to leave work because of communication about paying rent and she would flip it on me saying something along the lines of if other people can you can too. To top it off? Would not answer texts or calls. Daily room inspections. Knocking all hours of the night (from the landlord herself). Lost 300+ dollars dealing with bed bugs. And she wouldn’t take rent- or respond to calls/texts. We decided to leave because she showed no respect to us or a lot of other tenants. does not care about privacy or if she does something to make you uncomfortable. She said she WILL come to our room to tell us something if need be when she has turned people away for not having a cell phone to communicate with her about the room. Bipolar. Strict policies that change every day. Crazy living conditions. Rude property manager. However! The maintenance staff? Phenomenal

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What kinda place has literally sewage leaking and spewing out everywhere with holes in the wall and walls so weak the shelf they installed literally collapses thru the wall because it’s in such bad condition. They have a cover charge if you have a friend spend the night or anyone even come over plus they charge over $1000 just for a small room. I’m a simple man but this is beyond ridiculous. Would not live here unless it’s your last absolute decision. The only thing that’s good is the location and that’s literally it.

Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are very small. Beds are Queen sized. The T.v. in my room is like from the 90's. The volume won't go past 32 or below 32. The air conditioning unit is also something very nostalgic and doesn't keep the room very cool at all. I do like that the room is lock and key though. Deadbolt lock with a real key not a scan key. No bathtub just stand up shower. Bathroom is very very small. Takes about 10 minutes just for the water to get hot. And everyone is in your business being nosey as hell. Overall not a bad place to live at all. It's a bit pricey. $262 just to get in. But after that it drops in rates to about $200 a week. It's good for you, yourself, and you!

Not a bad option for those looking for a place to stay. Pretty quite, the property is relatively clean. Pest control is kinda nonexistent and unfortunately the WiFi is about as useful as a football bat. The property managers are sweet but prickly, in that order, but are use to dealing with all sorts of people so they deserve a little grace.

Well it has a good price not deposit front desk manager is nice but kind of comes off as a grump. As for the rooms all the entry doors need to be painted I know of at least 4 of the window units not working and the microwave in the room I was is didn't work. The water pressure is low and the number one thing that i can't stand are bugs and they had them. Now they are swarming the place and I only noticed them at night but they do have some. So if you want a cheat stay and don't care about any of the stuff I just named then Efficiency Lodge is for you but if you have a standards you should just keep it moving find another place.

There were roaches in the kitchenette when I arrived, the toilet and plumbing were bad, the area was great, the staff for the most part were great, unfortunately the main woman shows favoritism towards her clients. All that aside I would not recommend going there if you were going to stay long term

The room was infested with roaches and when I transfer to another room roaches was every where I declined the room and the other one was OK but due to the timing I settled for the night. Next morning staff listening to my door both staff members lives on the property so they will be close by. When checking out the management was taken to long to give me my money back so I stated I have to leave because I had another room reserved for me and when I went to the other hotel I was told that she couldn't rent to me because the management talk to each other.. What!! OK so there petty and broke and the slave assistant is pittyful..Lol. work out for me cause I found a beautiful room and feel good about the transition.😛👎👎
