Great foods with a great price Love how they will have different specials going on. Their croissant and sourdough were my favorite items there. They have great focaccia too. Their coffee was great. Would definitely come back again

Effe Cafe in Marathon Gas Station… So I stopped in today & looked at the Bakery case & WHAT?!? How has this deliciousness gone unnoticed prior? And how embarrassing is that? Read: VERY… this is obviously all homemade, and delish!! I’m on a shred but broke it today to try the focaccia and it didn’t disappoint!! And I have a lot of respect for the authenticity & artisanship. I will DEFINITELY be back now that I’m in the “know…” & now you are, too, so there’s no reason not to visit! Effe Café is back as of today 2/16/2023 and better than ever! Where do I begin? Croissants, brownies, homemade breads, tomato, jam, bagels, rum, cake, muffins, banana bread the list goes on and on and on and that's just a baked items. Sandwiches are phenomenal, my personal favorite is the Moho pork sandwich with homemade kimchi, the Effe burger, and the turkey BLT. Breakfast is a must have, bacon, egg, and cheese on their homemade bagel the same special with their unbelievable tomato jam, it's all great! They're new hours are Tuesday though Saturday 6:30am to 3:30pm closed Sunday's and Monday. Run!

This cafe is located on the corner of a marathon gas station and it is the perfect depiction of not judging a book by its cover. WOW! Not only is everything freshly made in house each morning but it taste absolutely delicious and fresh. We had the special of the day ( sausage broccoli rabe ) , the burrito, the banana bread & the rum cake. We also had the tamarin ice tea and the guava lemonade. EVERY item was absolutely delicious. The owner is very attentive, friendly and he is also the cook. I love to follow him on instagram and watching him wake up every early morning rolling his doughs. Must stop and taste. Highly recommend.

Found this place on google. We went not thinking much of it (being it’s in a gas station). I ordered the nunzio’s toast and it honestly is one of the best breakfast items I’ve had for a while. We also got the burrito and a couple pastries and all were just as good! I highly recommend this hidden gem!!! On top of the quality of the food, the gentleman who was running the place was super welcoming and nice. This is a must try!!!

Great tasting and freshly made items. Small takeout spot in the gas station. I had their multigrain sourdough bread and their guava cinnamon rolls. Both were excellent 👍👍
