I am impressed with the experienced and professional staff. The facility is clean and organized. Nice private showers, personal training, and group fitness classes are some of the amenities. Very affordable especially for seniors who qualify for Senior Sneakers. Day passes available.
It's just a good spot, the 24 hour is the best and personally I feel like the vibes are just the best but I'm a pretty positive guy so take that how you will. As far as the equipment it's pretty good and they try to maintain them the best they can. I also think the staff is pretty well trained and just pretty chill and the amenities is definitely a highlight of the gym. Everything is in reach and accessible pretty easily which is great when in the middle of a workout. No complaints come to mind right now. Glad I chose this gym instead of the one in Granger to be frank.
Very nice gym, employees, and fellow fitness enthusiasts. Clean and well-maintained. 24 hour FOB access for members, though I was just a drop in. I was able to get a great 2 hour workout in just now. Rogue kettlebells, 2 squat racks, yoga studio, astroturf with a heavy bag setup.

Great gym. Everything I need. All the equipment and exercise machines operate perfect. Clean ! I appreciate the ability for the super early hours and flexibility. I have seen nothing but satisfied people. Very good value. !
Absolutely LOVE it here..very clean, open 24/7, great range of weights…but why hasn’t my waist gotten any smaller? 🕺
Just recently re-joined and glad I did. They offer lots of cardio type machines, weight machines, free weights, and free classes. They have very clean private showers/changing rooms and a helpful staff. What else do you need in a gym?
