Definitely good for teens, skaters, and people who are home-challenged.
There's plenty of space to fly a kite or race RC cars. Not a bad area for outdoor space, especially older kiddos.
If you are looking for a playground-kid-focused type of park to take 7 to 12yr old children, try Bauer Park, just around the corner 0.4mi away.
Live music in the park put on by the city of Seal beach. Corday. Lots of fun beautiful day and music oh And the people! I didn't stay for the movie
Edison Park is a bright idea!
Great park with lots of well manicured landscape. You can sit on a beautiful bench along the sidewalk under a whispering willow tree that softly dances in the wind.
Great for pets with plenty to sniff. Conveniently placed pet poop bags and disposal stations add to the parks pristine grounds. A great place for casual canine socializing.

This park offers great basketball courts, racquetball, skateboard areas, baseball fields and soccer fields. There is an event center that was just refurbished as well where they have classes and meetings.
Very nice and peaceful park. When I went there nobody was there. It was quiet and large. Very nice place to relax! ✪
Another good, good sized park in the City of Huntington Beach!
The large city park has just about everything. There’s a community center with restrooms. There’s tennis, handball and basketball courts. There’s playgrounds, a skatepark, baseball fields, and plenty of open green space to play an impromptu game of football or soccer.
This park for it’s size seems to be lacking unsheltered picnic tables. The few roof covered spots tend to get taken on busy days, so additional shade tree or open space tables may be in short supply. There are park benches however, tho it may be preferable with some to just plop down here on the grass!
Also, for the popularity of the skatepark at the times I’ve seen it, there was a lack of bowl space that could’ve been dug out for more experienced skaters.
Parking is available along Hamilton Av or in either of two lots off of Magnolia Street.
More skateparks like this please. Apparently a temporary park, I'd rather the city just leave it be.
Too many times I've gone to a new park filled with handrails, stairs and vertical bowls. Not everyone can skate that. Just give me a curb and a Manny pad- job done.

Great place to spend the day with family and small children. We brought marshmallows and wood from Albertsons. Had a blast! I'm sure our kids loved making marshmallow memories and playing on the shore
Spacious 4+ acres of park with plenty of grass space, 2 tiny playgrounds, swings, basketball and restrooms. Lots of younger kids were playing and plenty of local residential area suggests a great area for kids to play without cars spending by.

Great place to grab to go food from Main St. and sit out in the grass under a shaded tree. I got Sushi from Sushi on Fire and ate it at the park while waiting for my kids before getting them from school. Has a library but seems closed due to COVID.
