Started taking our golden, Noah, here about 10 months ago. Dr Powell's entrance into the exam room and approach to her patients is one I've not seen. I was in the field 13-14 years. It is caring and compassionate. She is now seeing Lilly, our second golden. All of our appts have been great. We hope for her to be our veterinarian for a long time to come! 💚

Absolutely one of the very best vets in Ft. Myers, FL from the vet assistants to the vet, Dr. Powell. Amazing is the only way to describe this vet animal hospital. Dr. Powell is the star, and we are very, very lucky to have come to this clinic. She is an excellent, caring vet. Highly recommend Edison Animal Hospital.

Just had the best vet experience I’ve ever had. The staff at Edison Park animal Hospital were all amazing from scheduling to checking out. Dr. Powell and Jenny were so sweet to my dog, Sunny. They both took their time to get on the floor with him, allowing him to get comfortable and providing lots of yummy treats! I felt like they really cared about him and I agreed with all of their recommendations. We were recommended by a friend and I’m so glad that we listened. Will definitely be recommending this vet to anyone else as well.

Brought my cat in for facial swelling, likely from an infection. The entire appointment felt rushed and I was not able to ask necessary questions to the vet as she was constantly running in and out of the room. No wound cultures or anything. Two days later, a large abscess grew between my cat's eyes and she was barely able to keep them open from the pressure and pain. When I tried to take her back to Edison Park, I was told I would have to pay another $200 plus dollars to be seen for the exact same issue that should have been treated days prior. I brought her in anyway and I was turned away at the door because they were too busy. As a healthcare professional, I know how dangerous large infections on the head can be. If you care about your pet, please take them to a place that genuinely cares about animals. This place is no better than an offbrand petsmart vet. Oh and the best part - the vet thought these photos looked normal to her!

I was very impressed. I have always taken good care of my pets and have been to many vet hospitals. However, I have not been to one that was so professional. I was very impressed. I am so glad I brought my dog to Edison Animal Hospital. Not only is the doctor caring and helpful, the entire staff is "top notch". Everyone there is warm and welcoming. The animals are comforted and relaxed as well as the client. I can’t say enough positive things-they are truly the best!

I've had my animals seen by both doctors at Edison Park and they are truly the best! Both Dr Powell and Dr Indrisek are caring, compassionate vets who are extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. One of my cats can be very hard to deal with at the vet, but they are great with him and it is the best vet experience he's ever had. They do not man handle or force pets as some vet staff can do. They believe a pet should have a good, positive experience at the vet. The techs are amazing and kind as well! The community is lucky to have Edison Park Animal Hospital!

Are they a bit more expensive than other local options? Yes. Is it totally worth the small difference in price? Absolutely. The staff and facilities here are entirely professional and welcoming. Making appointments is simple and they can secure necessary records with ease. I would strongly recommend this pet hospital to any person who wants the best for their furry family member(s). Edison Park Animal Hospital is truly the best experience I have had in two decades of pet care. Their third year anniversary is coming next and we hope for years of service more.

Dr Powell and all the staff are simply the very best for my little furbaby!! They are gentle, kind, very knowledgeable and loving. I love our visits to this office, as does my little Lizzie!! I've never had a more excellent veterinarian to look after my loved pets! Very highly recommend!!
